No pudimos completar la estadia porque cuando ya estábamos en la puerta para hacer el Check-in no había nadie. Tuvimos que encontrar un número de teléfono y llamar al dueño o administrador (no sabemos quien es).
Este (por mensaje de WhatsApp) nos informó que no podríamos usufruir de la estadia porque el baño estaba en malas condiciones. La solución que él encontró fue recomendar ir a un hotel cerca sin ningún tipo de soporte o reserva previa. Conclusión; quedamos en la calle sin hospedaje y siendo que ya habíamos pago. Esclareço que él informó que nos iba a reembolsar por completo.
De cualquier forma, tuvimos que ir a buscar otro hospedaje perdiendo mucho tiempo y dinero.
