The neighborhood is vibrant and convenient, filled with shops, cafés, traditional restaurants and well connected to all major attractions such as Piazza Maggiore, the famous Two Towers and the Teatro Comunale.



The entrance opens onto a bright and comfortable living area with large windows, fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, TV, washing machine and a single sofa bed.

Next to it, the bedroom features a single bed with an additional pull-out bed and a spacious wardrobe.
