Beautiful Remodeled Studio Condo, Beach Gear, Walk to Beach! WiFi, Over $100 Free Daily Activities!

Roof repairs on buildings 1, 2 & 3 are taking place with an estimated completion time of December 31, 2025. The estimated completion time is not guaranteed and subject to change as per unexpected contractor and/or weather delays.

While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.

This lovely Bonita Beach studio condominium, located immediately across the street from Bonita Beach will provide the perfect getaway for the discriminating beach lover! Updated & remodeled, and it comes with everything you need to enjoy your visit to our tropical paradise beach town!

The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area .

The living area includes full-sized dining for 4, queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The full glass sliding doors in the living area opens to the screen enclosed lanai.

You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed freshly made for you with hotel quality linens, and love the storage provided - no need to pack lightly here!

The full bathroom comes with a fully tiled, oversized shower, granite counter tops, and ample storage. All bath and beach towels are included during your stay.

The kitchen in this condo exceeds what you may expect in a studio space! Beautiful granite counters, subway tile backsplash, large farmhouse sink, and full size upgraded stainless steel appliances create a space you will enjoy preparing meals in.

Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.

A beach umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are included with this unit.

Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can walk to the beach, and free unlimited WiFi. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

"Pay per load" laundry is currently only located in building 1, 3 & 5.

The condo complex is close distance to 3 award winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover's Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, watersports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

No pets allowed.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.

Birthday Beach Getaway

This is our second time staying in this unit on Bonita Beach. We love the unit, location and proximity to the beach (5 minute walk). The condo had everything you could need. Definitely our home away from home whenever we stay in Bonita Beach.

Perfect!

This property had exactly what we needed, with close proximity for walking to the beach! Full kitchen was so nice to have. Laundry availability in the building was also convenient and appreciated. Hurricane repairs are still in progress but they didn't hinder our relaxation or fun! Hope to be back soon!

A great "Beach" getaway

A perfect stay, just a short walk across the street to the beach. Condo was very clean, with everything we needed for the week. Breakfast and lunch on the screened in lanai every day was a treat. Two Week Stay at Beach and Tennis Club

We rented Unit 3204 for two weeks in March The unit is on the second floor which made it very convenient to the laundry area on the first floor and an easy access to outside. It faced the rear of the building and was very quiet except for the repair work going on in building Two. The beach is a quick walk across the street and adjacent to a restaurant with take out food offered. The Kitchen area was fully stocked and all appliances in good working order. The living area couch and chair were comfortable and the king bed was very comfortable. There is a good size walk in closet and all beach supplies were provided in a separate closet All sheets and towels were provided. The cabinetry in the bathroom and the vanity were in excellent condition. However the toilet did not function on day 3 ITrip was notified and responded quickly and the plumber arrived by 2pm to repair it. In addition to that problem the ceiling in the shower area is in poor condition and looks as if there was a leak at some point. There is a large 3 shelve shower caddy that should be removed as one of the shelves was completely rusted out and the towel bar is not secured to the wall adequately and therefore we were unable to use it. We also notified Itrip of these problems but chose not to move forward as we did not want to be further inconvenienced with repairmen during our stay. When these repairs are made I feel the unit is a 5 Star!

The Condo was beautifully decorated and appointed, it has everything needed for a beach getaway. The pools were nice and the BBQ areas were great. Loved our stay , perfect for 2 people.

Great condo in excellent location

The property was very nice overall. It was well stocked with everything you may need, including tennis racquets, beach chairs, cooler bag, etc, etc... The only thing negative that I can say is the shower could use a little TLC. The shower head is very loose, and there is water damage in the ceiling of the shower area. There is very comfortable furniture throughout, a well maintained pool area and the beautiful beach right across the street. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Had a great time for the 2nd or 3rd time back to the same city in FL. Wife and I love Bonita and the people in it. Having a roof and parking directly across the beach (WALKING DISTANCE! lol) is a must for us. Reached out and had a call back for simple communication and I'd say that everything needed and or discussed was well noted and responded to accordingly. Will absolutely go back, one thing that we will always look for is a direct view of the sunset from the balcony with washer and dryer. Which they did not offer but is entirely out of this units control. Everything was exactly what we wanted and slightly more than expected... so another happy customer in the books! If available we will be back.

Walking to the beach with littles was a breeze, just across the street, the quiet atmosphere was appreciated, the pools were fun. Short drives to everything necessary or desirable. The condo amenities were a fantastic addition.

Perfect Beach Condo

This studio condo was absolutely delightful in every way. It was tastefully decorated and spaciously laid out. It was exactly as featured online. The furniture and bed was comfortable. The full kitchen had everything we needed. Just a really nice property. The condo is conveniently located to the beach and is really a short walk across the street. We loved the area. Restaurants and adventure activities were just a short drive away. Perfect getaway.
