Welcome to your peaceful retreat in Boothbay, Maine. This seasonal one-bedroom log cabin offers a quiet, wooded setting just a short walk from a lakefront beach. Ideal for couples or small families, the cabin is perfect for relaxing, launching a kayak, or exploring nearby Boothbay Harbor and the surrounding trails.

This cozy 550 sq ft log cabin comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 1 child or teen. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, and there’s a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping space.

The open-plan living area includes a small dining table, a Roku-enabled TV with WiFi for streaming, and a fully equipped kitchen with a GE oven, stovetop, fridge, freezer, microwave, Mr. Coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. While there is no dishwasher, you’ll find everything you need for home-cooked meals, including pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, mugs, and wine glasses.

The cabin is heated and cooled by a heat pump system controlled by remote, ensuring comfort in any weather.

Outdoor living is a highlight here, with a large deck, a Weber gas grill, and a fire pit for evening relaxation. The property also includes parking for two vehicles.

Guests have exclusive access to the cabin, including the private porch and deck. The cabin is located just a short walk to the beach, where you’ll find access for swimming as well as kayaks, paddles, and lifejackets available for use.

Located in the Boothbay Region, this cabin is in a quiet, wooded area yet close to everything the area offers. Enjoy walking to the shared beach, where you can swim or launch a kayak, canoe, or rowboat. Explore nearby Boothbay Region Land Trust trails, or take a day trip into Boothbay Harbor for restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing.

House Rules And Guest Information:

- Please turn off exterior lights at night
- No pets and no parties allowed

Guests can enjoy multiple kayaks, canoes, and rowboats available at the common beach area—with life jackets provided in a bin next to the boat rack, and spend their days hiking local trails, paddling the length of the lake, or swimming from the floating dock.

Essentials provided: towels, linens, cleaning supplies, basic toiletries, iron and ironing board, vacuum, spare bulbs and batteries, and hairdryer

IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300.

Please note: Guests who bring unauthorized pets to the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee and may be asked to leave.

• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation without prior approval.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
• Pets are not permitted at this property. Only ADA-compliant service animals are permitted. Bringing an unauthorized pet to the property may result in cancellation of your reservation, a minimum $500 unauthorized pet fee, and additional cleaning or damage charges.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
