"Rooms were clean and comfortable. No complaints except..booked thru hotels.com which we always do. And pay at property. Called hotel directly at 3 ( check in time) informed them we would be there closer to 9 or 10 ...at 6 they charged our card for 1 nite .only an issue because 1 i chose to pay at property 2 because I called and let them know when we would be there .they said its their(hotels) Policy .I asked what if I was going to pay cash. Well then its 100 deposit as well ...what good is it to pay at property if they charge it before I get there ? It was a nice hotel ill stsy there again..knowing what I know now I won't be surprised."
