Worst case.

A couple over a few years old should not be assigned a room like 409. No space, badly placed coat closet, no room whatsoever beside bed for in / out. Just a miserable room arrangement, no seating (chair) or table. Room service promised, not delivered.

I LOVE this hotel. It is clean, historic and the staff is stellar. So happy we discovered The Found! We will be back!! The room was cozy, the mattress was so comfortable, the linens were soft and CLEAN. Walkable to all important places, like Fenway!!!

Great location, close to a lot. Small but doable room. Only issue was that the parking garage would not accept our validation from the hotel so ended up paying full price for parking.

The location was excellent, although we walked a lot, we never needed an uber. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store luggage before and after check-in. The only drawback was the room was a bit small.

It was easy to walk to nice places, it’s located on a side street that isn’t that nice, construction, a parking garage. Nice small clean room.

The hotel was in a noisy part of town and very little was done to manage the sound. I was near the front desk and I could hear everything at all times. The rooms were also very small and the bed very low to the ground. That coupled with a more expensive price I wasn't that happy wiith my experience

Staff at the hotel were incredible. The hotel feels worn out and run down, the rooms are very small and not well maintained. The lobby and common area had a distinct musty smell.

Okay Stay

Room was very tiny. No night stand next to bed. Sink was in a separate area from bathroom. Ok for a one night stay. Avoid a 1st floor room as it gets noisy with all the guests coming in & out. Front desk was kind & courteous. Good walking distance from South Station.
