I arrived at the hotel after booking with Travelocity, only to find out that Travelocity changed my booking from that day (April 1) to the following day (April 2nd) when I was scheduled to fly out. I'm not sure why when I clicked on 4/1/2024 for a one night check in/reservation??!! Thankfully the hotel clerk changed the date to the correct day! I hope Travelocity will NOT be charging me or refunding my payment to them. I've always had a good experience with Travelocity until this major snafu...!! Please reply with an answer.

Having to make a deposit to park not once but twice is horrible. Then had to give another deposit not once but twice so we don't steal their towels. If I would have known this up front I would have stayed somewhere else!!!!!

Close to the airport, had to go off property to get a martini (Renegades!)

Nice updated rooms but loud guests above the 3rd floor. Some dirty/pink residue in the shower/bath area. Ample pillows that were comfy!
