Heads up..

This is my first time staying at the Ramada. The condition of the front desk and front hotel area gave no inkling that the actual rooms were in such horrible shape. I can't lie, I was really surprised by the condition of the furniture in the room. All of the furniture had chipped paint, was extremely old and outdated. The dim lighting didn't help. The room seems clean and the bed was comfortable. We were only in town for a few hours so we did what we had to do. We left very early the next day. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and even check to see if we wanted breakfast. It smelled good but, we declined. I will not stay in this Hotel again.

Faucet in bathroom sink did not work properly. Toilet is too low especially for senior citizens. Grab bars in the shower would have made entering and exiting easier and safer.

Run was run down properly cared for furniture had unidentifiable stains on it walls had stains on them. Linen was dingy. Me and my 9 yr old felt very uncomfortable. totally unacceptable conditions for this brand it was like a downtown hang out spot. The pool was not as clean as it should be. I picked this hotel because of pool for my child. Who wanted to swim on our over night stay. Tv in room was grainy a totally poor connection. I spoke with manager who did change our room He made excuses about hotel needing up grades and wasn’t sure if next room would be better. ( it was a measure better) We travelled 9hrs and got in after 6pm to late to cancel and find another place to stay. We had another7 hr drive to our destination I needed to rest. I ordered food from Boston bowl and stayed and entertained my child there as not to have so much time in room( money spent I honestly didn’t want to) I mentioned my disappointment to one of the staff there and they also said this was not the best place to have stayed. This experience with reserving a room off this sight and trusting that it will be a clean safe place will never happen again. For the money I paid I expected much more. I also took pics and emailed the corporate office. This brand in this location was absolutely terrible!!!!!!!

You can easily slip in the shower tub. No accessible dining area for meals (lunch, dinner) after breakfast. We arrived at the hotel noon and we were very hungry. Also, we called for airport shuttle and was kept waiting for a long long time for a live person to answer.

An ok stay

The hotel is very dated and looks very run down. The carpet in the room was in horrible condition and needs replacement. I am sure its not been vacuumed for some time. The halls, lighting, and fixtures were also very dated. The pictures online were not accurate. There were issues with the tv and wifi but I did not report them. The breakfast was good if you got there early. This was a get what you pay for type of thing.

As soon as I started approaching the hotel, I realized that it look absolutely nothing like the pictures, and well as how some of the reviews made it out to be. Upon parking my car, I got to notice that the parking is not as secured as it is portrayed on the website. Parking did not warrant the Ten Dollars per day fee that was charged. Walking into the building was another shock. I was instantly greeted by a smell that should not be present at a hotel. I was directed to the elevator to get to my floor, which I didn’t even bother to use due to safety concerns I had just by looking at it. Walking down the hallway, the smell started to intensify. It smelled like wet dog. Going up the stairs, I thought I was about to fall. I could jump through the steps if I wanted to. I got to the room, and there was a smell that mirrored that of the hallway. The bathroom was subpar. The shower looked as if it was left dirty for long periods of time. I decided to look past that and try to take a shower. The water was colder than a night in the Appalachian Mountains. I went to go rest after a very long day of driving, and I found hair under the pillows. I slept on the cleaner bed and had to be checking outside the window to see if my car was still there every hour. I woke up in the morning and decided that it was best for me to check out a early. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at. And that is saying a lot as someone that is in the military.

Driven out by mice

The bathroom was very small. The faucet for the sink was very hard to turn on. The breakfast was good. However we checked out very early because their were mice in our room. We were offered a change of rooms but husband was so freaked out about the mice that he just wanted to get out of there.
