For your Summer Holidays in Calabria we offer you our apartments in the Residence De Grazia, surrounded by greenery with a spectacular view of an ancient pine forest made up of domestic and maritime pines, fantastic for regenerating walks on foot and located about 200 meters from the beautiful white sand beach on the Ionian coast of the Gulf of Squillace, now known as the Costa degli Aranci, easily reachable on foot through a guided path.
The structure has different types of solutions.
- Holiday apartment with independent entrance located on the first floor, equipped with a veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Inside it consists of kitchen / living room with sofa, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds side by side, bathroom with shower and tub.
Equipment: TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, an umbrella and two deck chairs.
Services: parking, outdoor shower.
Final cleaning: € 50.00 per apartment, excluding dishes and hob to be paid by the customer, otherwise a charge of € 30.00 will be charged.
Bed linen and towels: optional € 50.00 per change, (bathroom linen means one large, one medium and one small towel per person). Kitchen linen not supplied.
