De Grazia Holiday House surrounded by greenery a few steps from the Sea

For your Summer Holidays in Calabria we offer you our apartments in the Residence De Grazia, surrounded by greenery with a spectacular view of an ancient pine forest made up of domestic and maritime pines, fantastic for regenerating walks on foot and located about 200 meters from the beautiful white sand beach on the Ionian coast of the Gulf of Squillace, now known as the Costa degli Aranci, easily reachable on foot through a guided path.
The structure has different types of solutions.
- Holiday apartment with independent entrance located on the ground floor, equipped with a veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Inside it consists of kitchen / living room with sofa, three bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with both two single beds side by side, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is private in a room with single beds).
Equipment: TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, an umbrella and two deck chairs.
Services: parking, private garden and outdoor shower.
Final cleaning: € 50.00 per apartment, excluding dishes and hob to be paid by the customer, otherwise a charge of € 30.00 will be charged.
Bed linen and towels: optional € 50.00 per change, (bathroom linen means one large, one medium and one small towel per person). Kitchen linen not supplied.
