Our room was clean, and the staff was nice to us. The breakfast was out of fruit, had very little variety in the bread section, was out of herbal tea, and out of one of the three kinds of cereal. Our room was very nice except that we had three guests and one bed and a hide bed couch. We had no extra pillows and no extra blankets. So, the person on the hide a bed had to use one of our pillows and was cold. I tried to call the front desk and they didn’t answer. The room had no microwave.

I don’t ever expect rooms to be as clean as my house but housekeeping at this hotel does the bare minimum. Shower was dirty and when I looked under the bed I found used ZYN pouches, plastic wrappers, huge balls of dust etc. Will likely stay somewhere else next time in Bowling Green

Rooms were worn… drawer in dresser missing, door stuck very badly- hard to open and shut. Tub was stained with something and adjustable shower head could not be adjusted. Staff was helpful.
