Poor ventilation design

There was only one problem with the entire stay. The guests in the room directly above us were HEAVY marijuana users. The smell traveled through the ventilation in the bathroom into our room and was so strong that it could be smelled both in the 4th and 3rd floor lobbies. With no way to vent the smell outside, we had to suffer the horrendous smell until it dissipated. We did contact the front desk about it, and after the third time in only a couple hours of checking in, the offending room was located and those guests were removed.

When trying to check in there was a small child(2ish maybe) behind the counter with your employee. Kept interrupting...not sure but think she was referring to employee as "Nanna". Young guy dressed like he was headed to Walmart kept trying to get child out from behind counter but your employee was more interested in answering the little girl than taking care of me. I had handled EVERYTHING online through Expedia but it still took over 20 minutes to get checked in. THEN, I get a call in my room after 10PM from her "just confirming that I checked you in" is what she said. On top of the fact that I don't feel that child should have been behind the counter AT ALL the customer should be priority...very unprofessional!!! THEN, I could smell pot on the floor as soon as getting off elevator. Within an hour I hear POUNDING and a man's voice YELL something about "Police - make yourself known". Didn't make me feel very safe that's for sure. Overall terrible experience for a hotel stay !!!

Minus the bed, everything was great!

The pool and hot tub were both hits! Everything was clean and in order. I have to say that the beds were some of the hardest I have ever tried to sleep in. It's been 9 hours since I got out of that bed, and I'm still very sore.

The only reason we went there was for a hottub, realized it wasnt working and they graciously moved us to a jacuzzi room. It saved this review because otherwise the shower bottom was so gross it needed to be replaced there was mold or mildew on the bathroom ceiling and our smoke alarm kept going off from the steam from the shower. The lobby smelled like a fart. A smelly 8 is definitely a 6.

Ck in lady was nice as hot tub was broken and it was Valentine’s Day and we were there for a romantic night and corvette museum and she upgraded us to a room w hot tub thank you it was really nice! On the other hand the free breakfast wasn’t so great but everything else was perfect!

It was ok. The lady at the counter was very nice. Good breakfast. The room was a good size. The hot tub was out of order and the body wash in the shower was empty. Also the carpet in the hallways was in really bad shape
