We had asked for a late check out and were granted a 1 pm checkout. When we tried going back into the room to take our food from the refrigerator at 12 everything was discarded and our key was no longer working. The hotel credited us back $100 for the groceries

Everything was good. Check in/out was fast and easy. Did gave a welcome bag for everyone. The reason why I’m giving four stars is because of two reasons: one the shower head are weak even if you change the settings and two provided a fridge but would also like a mini microwave

The balcony door was off the track and didn’t close properly, was not told at check-in that the room wouldn’t be cleaned every day. The TV didn’t let us get the local Scripps TV channel to watch the local hockey game. Asked for late checkout and got locked out of the room anyway. Really frustrating when you need to get to the airport.

Booked a King room, was given a double queen on the first floor. I asked if it was possible to be on any other floor than the first… she said there’s nothing. Hotel def didn’t seem at capacity, but okay. Our room smelled moldy. Shower did not drain along with someone’s hair all over the wall in the shower. The AC unit was so loud that I couldn’t even sleep. The bed was stiff, but fine. If I hadn’t prepaid, I would’ve found a different hotel.

Everything is fine. Good value. They need to offer free coffee and water . Don't make me beg and don't make me pay. Just do the right thing. Otherwise, great pool when the heater is working and great hut tub.
