We chose this hotel because they advertised a freed shuttle to/from the airport. When we arrived we were told "we haven't had the free shuttle for over a year." Yet it's advertised on their website and Hotels.com. We ended up having to take a very expensive Uber on Christmas Day. The hotel itself is tired and not particularly well-maintained. Breakfast options were minimal.

Unfortunately had a poor experience this time. On the first night we were awaken by a leak from the ceiling, dripping dirty water on our faces and pillows. So we changed rooms the day after. But then the pool and hot tub heater broke and didn’t work for about two days. Third morning most of the plates were still dirty at self serve breakfast. Very last day? An ant in my yogurt bowl :( Staff was amazing and really helpful but this was a very poor experience and I unfortunately don’t think we’ll get back on our next trip.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with any hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM and had to wait for nearly 2 hours in the lobby to get a room. The receptionist told us their computer was down but he did not give us any straight answers on how and when he is going to give us a room. He finally gave us a basic room after a 2-hour wait in the middle of the night, even though we had reserved a king suite. In the morning we complained to a different receptionist on duty and she said that their manager had resigned and there is no one else to complain to. She also said she could not offer any refunds because the room was booked through Expedia. Overall, dealing with this hotel was a nightmare.
