If you do not have a car during your visit, it is convenient to utilize Uber/Lyft. If you are looking for speedier way around town there are rental scooters for public use seasonally. Downtown Bozeman is very walkable so if you are looking to stay around Main Street walking around can be the best way to make sure you don’t miss a thing!

**Important Information**

Vintage House is a private, two-story residence thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The main floor (V1) features two bedrooms, one bathroom, an efficiency kitchen, and a private entrance, while the upper floor (V2) includes a master suite, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private balcony.

Located on the Vintage Estate grounds, Vintage House is a completely separate residence from Rouse House (RH), which is not included in this listing. Guests at Vintage House will have exclusive access to both V1 and V2, along with designated areas for their private use, including two off-street parking spaces.

For ease and security, coded locks provide seamless access to both suites. The exterior grounds are monitored by a security camera system, ensuring a safe and private stay.

Situated in Bozeman’s central business district, Vintage House offers immediate access to the city’s top restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, and nightlife, making it the perfect retreat for groups and families seeking both privacy and connection in the heart of downtown.

Video Cameras and Noise Monitoring
Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors.

We take your privacy and security seriously, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable during your stay with us. If you have any concerns or questions about our security measures, please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and have a memorable experience.

When booking our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Full Refund
A guest is eligible for a full refund of accommodation fees and applicable taxes if the cancellation is completed within forty-eight (48) hours of booking AND at least fourteen (14) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time.
2. Partial Refund
If the above conditions are not met, but the cancellation is completed at least seven (7) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time, the guest will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of accommodation fees and applicable taxes.
3. No Refund
Cancellations made less than seven (7) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time, early departures, or unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.
4. Merchant of Record – Payment Processing Fees
For all reservations where we are the merchant of record, all refunds are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee equal to four percent (4%) of the total transaction amount, regardless of the timing or reason for cancellation. This fee reflects third-party payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking and is retained on all cancellations, including those that otherwise qualify for a full or partial refund under this policy.
5. Third-Party Platform Fees
When a reservation is processed through a third-party booking platform, platform service fees and any other non-accommodation charges are governed by that platform’s policies and are not controlled or refunded by us.

Extenuating Circumstances Policy:
When this Policy allows for cancellation, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Guests that are impacted by an event covered by this Policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a cash refund or credit can be given. If the Host is impacted by an event covered by this Policy they can cancel without adverse consequences, but, depending on the circumstances, their calendars may be blocked for the dates of the cancelled reservation.

What events are covered:
This Policy uses the term “Event” to refer to the following situations that occur after booking, are unforeseen at the time of booking, and prevent or legally prohibit completion of the reservation.

Changes to government travel requirements. Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by a governmental agency that prevent travel to the destination. This doesn’t include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorization to travel.

Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area—for example, malaria in Thailand or dengue fever in Hawaii.

Our group stayed at both Vintage House 1 & 2. The property was sparkling clean and comfortable. The property is just steps away from Main St - and we all loved walking to the Vienne coffee/bakery each morning for excellent breakfast. Attention to detail beyond any place I’ve stayed at to date. Both apartments were fantastic, extremely clean, and very comfortable for both families. Such a great property! We rented both units and both were very well appointed. The units were very clean and so well-decorated. The beds were quite comfortable. Communication with the unit’s manager (owner?) was fantastic. We were sad we could only stay one night. Highly recommend!!

Perfect spot near downtown

The property was clearly created for rental. Which is great! Easy access, easy to clean, easy to manage, etc. Perfect spot to start walks down Main Street. Really nice rental.

Perfect amenities, comfortable and clean.

This location was perfect. Three couples met for holiday time together. We used both "condos" and enjoyed clean space, great decor and amenities, comfortable beds. We cooked dinner together and enjoyed being two blocks off main street. Good shopping and access to bars/restaurants. Easy to walk anywhere. I highly reocmmend this vrbo!

Great stay in town

Very, very nice VRBO. Construction was well done and very thoughtful. We loved walking to all the restaurants in Bozeman (we didn't cook, so I can't comment on the kitchen). Loved all of their detail. We rented both units. Property manager was very attentive. I would be thrilled to stay here again!

Great property and location! Very clean and 100% up to date - well outfitted - extra paper towels, plenty of soap, shampoo etc. They didn't skimp when it came to prepping the units for guests.

Brand new modern house steps from downtown.

Beautiful new modern house with wonderful amenities. Feels like a new luxury hotel room but with more space. If you rent both units there’s space for a group plus you are literally 2 minutes walking from downtown. Wonderful spot!
