The hotel and staff were wonderful! But not happy with the fact the hotel charged for parking! This was ridiculous, with the high cost of the rooms, out of way location ,a normal parking lot and the fact you park yourself and walk in. Not pleased at all, and probably the only reason I may not stay at this location again. This is not downtown Denver, or even downtown Bozeman for that matter! Thumbs down!

$15 parking charge??? When you arrive after you already paid for everything, at front desk they inform you "we have a $15 parking fee". This hotel is located literally in the middle of nowhere. A mandatory parking fee?????

The room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The hotel was also spotless. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The only negative was it needs a full service restaurant.

After paying for our reservation through Expedia for My Place and the reservations were overbooked and cancelled Expedia said we would not have to pay extra for the placement at TownPlace Suites by Marriott. The person at the desk when we checked in said we were to pay $15.00 for parking and also $20.00 for amenities which we had to provide a credit card for. When I asked what amenities he said we would see in the end. Never received a receipt and didn't even use a towel and just slept in the bed. I received an email at home saying no charges but no refund.

The room was large and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and read to be used. The breakfast menu was different every morning and had both cold and hot breakfast available. Easy drive to all shopping centers, MSU and Airport. Highly Recommend it!

Family vacation

The hotel is nice, we booked a room for 5 people and received a room with 2 queen beds. When we asked at the front desk Brandon was very unhelpful and basically said “well that’s not my fault”. He did finally offer a rollaway bed which was ok. He just didn’t seem to care about the customer. Also they charge $15 for parking which was not listed on the website when booking. I will say the beds were comfortable, the morning manager was very helpful and apologized for Brandon. She also waived our parking fee for our inconvenience.

Beautiful new property, the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good, decent variety of options. We appreciated the bottle fillers at every elevator lobby. Location was convenient access to Costco and Target for MSU move in.
