It was very clean overall. We enjoyed breakfast and had a great time at the swimming pool with little kids. Staffs are very friendly. Such a convenient location for Santa’s village, Tims, restaurant and Walmart. I would come back here if I will visit Bracebridge next time :)

The front desk staff was excellent to deal with and very helpful. The room was very clean and the hotel location was central to dining, shopping, and only minutes from downtown Bracebridge. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice modern and clean hotel. Welcomes you in with a really nice lobby. Rooms were very clean and bathroom soaps were amazing! Complimentary breakfast had lots of options (pancakes, eggs, cereals, turkey sausage, toast, bagels, etc.). Pool was clean and lots of fun with the kids. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will be going back the next time we are in Bracebridge.

I had a great stay at Tru by Hilton! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Christian, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

Parking at this location is garbage. When you’re told by hotel staff to go park at the Travelodge and you’re staying at the Hilton because there was zero parking available is absolutely ridiculous. I had to walk three blocks to get back to the hotel and I’m paying for a premium room at premium rate zero parking. Won’t be returning.
