We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff was friendly, location was close to everything and overall it was fine. I have to note however that the beds were very uncomfortable. Sagging and non supportive. I’ve stayed at different Hilton & Hilton family locations and one of the things you can usually count on is a comfortable mattress. Sadly this was not the case. So much so, that I barely slept the entire two night we were here.

The staff was courteous, unfortunately the computer system was down at check-in (not staff's fault). The room was clean. The only downside was that we tried to grab a couple of bagels for a quick breakfast and they were hard as rocks.

Rooms were very up to date , bathrooms were Awsome ! Lots of amenities the gym was very equipped. The pool had a bunch of different features, and it was never really busy. The only thing that I could say is the room should provide some sort of entrance mat during the winter time because we had to use a towel to keep the floor from being soaking wet for my boots and everything like that. Also, the parking is absolutely awful there and they really need to plough the parking lot as it is just covered in slush if you leave as a certain time you’re lucky if you get a parking spot, we had to park at night time all the way by the lodge because there is nothing available.

The room was very spacious and clean. The amenities were great as well. It has free breakfast buffet and free coffee and tea anytime of the day. The staff were really helpful and nice. My only comment is the lack of parking space especially during a holiday long weekend where a lot of people are checked in.

The room was really nice and the pool was clean and the perfect temp. Didn’t care for the 250 dollar hold on my credit card for incidentals. I think a hotel of this calibre a 100 dollar hold is quite sufficient.
