Perfect location on Ana Maria Island!!
Posted May 13, 2024 on HomeAwayAbsolutely beautiful property & location was amazing!!! We had an absolutely wonderful time!! The house has a wonderful lanai and pool area that accommodates many people …. This home has a lot of steps that was the only downfall so if you have somebody in your party, that can’t handle steps. This wouldn’t be a good location for them but other than that everything was great.

Wow Wow Wow
Posted Apr. 19, 2024 on HomeAwayI rented this entire house for my sons wedding on Anna Maria Island. Giving 5 stars for this place feels like an injustice. The location is perfect-a short walk to watch the sunrise on the bay or the sunset from the beach. Plenty of parking, but who needs a car when there’s a free trolley right out your door to take you anywhere on the island. No need to pack for the beach. This property provides anything you would ever need, from chairs to towels to beach toys, and a wagon to load it all in. There’s plenty of space to stretch out inside, but frankly we spent every waking minute out by the pool, or in the shade provided by the covered porch area, complete with comfy seating, a fridge and a grill. Run, don’t walk, if you’re considering renting this place. PS-it was super clean and the owners were quick to respond to any questions.

Friend's Get Away
Posted Apr. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayWonderful location and the property manager could not have been better. The house was well laid out and we loved the outside porch for meal times. The house was the best well stocked beach house we've ever rented & Debra was so quick to communicate & fix a small issue that came up while we were there. It was too chilly outside for us to swim, but we loved the hot tub and so appreciated the very nice beach chairs. Unfortunately, we left the chairs on the beach thinking we would be back to watch the sunset that night (like we had done previous evenings) and ended up going to Lido beach. When we got back after dark the chairs were gone (the city picks them up after dark). We thought we would need to go replace them, but Debra said she was making a trip to Costco that day and would pick them up for us. Of course we paid for them-totally our fault, but she saved us time on our vacation by going to get the replacements.
Our only disappointment was the bikes were not in working order. Better to have not even mentioned having them as they needed repaired and/or air in the tires (but we didn't see any bike pump) or just thrown away.

Great location, beautiful house, everything you need!
Posted Mar. 20, 2024 on HomeAwayWe love Anna Maria Island and now have a new favorite place to stay. Check in was easy and everything was as described. The house was well stocked - including high quality beach chairs, wagon, floats, etc. The location is great, a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Beds and linens are great and kitchen had everything we needed. Great house, great location. We will certainly return.

Posted Mar. 5, 2024 on HomeAwayAnna Maria island/Bradenton beach is just the perfect place to enjoy the beach, good seafood and laid back atmosphere. Our home had all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. A few items were broken upon arrival but Debra was quick to make things right. We can’t wait to enjoy another year in this lovely location.
