There are two homes on the property, each completely private with no shared spaces. This newly renovated 600-square-foot guest cottage offers a bright, thoughtfully designed space perfect for a beach getaway, IMG visit, or extended stay.

Outdoor Space

Enjoy your own private yard and secluded patio with a cozy gas fire pit—perfect for winding down in the evenings.

Yard is not fully fenced, so please keep that in mind if bringing a pup.

We provide camping chairs especially for our visiting IMG Academy families!

Getting around from this West Bradenton location is simple and convenient—whether you're heading to the beach, exploring downtown, or visiting IMG Academy.

Driving: Most guests choose to rent a car to explore the area with ease. The home includes free parking in your private driveway.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are widely available and usually arrive within minutes. Great for trips to downtown Bradenton, the beach, or dining out.

Public Transit: The Manatee County Area Transit (MCAT) system offers affordable bus service throughout Bradenton, Palmetto, and into parts of Sarasota.

To help you settle in, we provide an initial supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, and more. These are starter supplies and not intended to last your entire stay. Should you need more, there are several nearby grocery stores and convenience shops.

We do not provide cable TV, but you’ll find two Smart TVs available for streaming using your own login credentials (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.).

No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home. A $300 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking indoors is found.

For the safety of all guests, we have one security camera facing the driveway. It records video and audio. There are no cameras inside the property. Tampering with or disabling the camera will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as enforced by the City of Bradenton. Please be respectful of our neighbors during your stay.
