Seas The Day at One Particular Harbor by Margaritaville offers a clean, well cared for condo near the beaches of Anna Maria Island. This two bedroom, two bathroom home blends island comfort with resort style amenities. Spend your days at the beach, then return to a spotless space and a heated pool.

The condo feels bright and organized. Every space supports easy living and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped, whether you plan longer stays or quick meals after the beach.

The home includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with space for six guests. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two twin beds, and a pull out sofa. A screened lanai adds outdoor seating, and the unit includes a washer and dryer. Cleaning standards remain high throughout.

The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with water and ice, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You will also find a Keurig coffee machine, cookware, dishes, glassware, and a toaster oven ready to use.

Resort amenities include a heated pool area, splash pad, outdoor lounge and dining spaces, pool loungers, Adirondack chairs, gas BBQ grills, and a playground. Guests also have access to a beach locker, bikes, an elevator, luggage carts, and assigned covered parking with additional guest parking.

For the beach, the condo includes chairs, a cooler, and beach towels, so you can head out without extra planning.

For stays of 30 days or more, guests also receive access to Harbour Isle premium amenities. These include a Beach Club with waterfront pools and a hot tub, private beach access, a fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, kayak launch, two additional private pools and a hot tub, and a lagoon walking and exercise trail.

The primary suite features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk in closet with luggage racks. The second bedroom includes two twin beds.

Technology includes smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, along with cable, Netflix, Roku, and free WiFi. Everything works, which is more than you can say for half the rentals out there.

Great place to relax and absolutely beautiful condo! The complex feels like an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe and enjoyed walking every morning. So close to the island I would come every year!!! Easy access to everything!

The condo is really lovely. The communication with the host was somewhat unclear about parking and beach equipment storage. He later apologized. I would recommend some privacy curtains for the living room doors/windows, as well as the small windows in the main bedroom. We ended up putting pillows in the windowsill to block the view from the neighboring condo looking in to the bedroom.

Perfect vacation spot!

Perfect location! Relaxing and quiet yet close beach, restaurants, food stores, drug stores, etc. Beautiful lagoon and walking paths. We loved having bikes and beach chairs, sheets and towels also provided. We will return next year!

An extremely relaxing stay. The location was perfect for us, and we didn’t have to battle the legendary spring break AMI traffic because we were 5-10 minutes from the beach at any time of the day. The kids loved the pool and the condo was spotless - exactly like the pictures. We will definitely come back!
