This brand new 2000 square feet 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury home is equipped with beautiful tile floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, washer and dryer and all amenities you may think of. Enjoy the convenience of a one story home on an oversized lot with high ceilings and plantation shutters for your comfort.
The breathtaking pool is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping - you won't want to leave this private oasis!

Located in West Bradenton just minutes away from everything: the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island, dozens of Golf Courses, GT Bray Park, IMG Academy, Robinson Preserve, grocery, shopping, restaurants and night life. The home lies in a very quiet and nice neighborhood in a cul-de-sac.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, with ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
The spacious first guest room has two queen beds and the third guest bedroom has another queen bed. Six people can be accommodated very comfortably. From the open living/dining area you have a direct access to the covered patio and the enclosed Florida landscaping that surrounds the over-sized saltwater pool for great fun and relaxation for the whole family. Living room and all three bedrooms are all equipped with LED / 4K UHD cable TV sets and are cooled by a very quiet latest A/C technology!

Linen, towels, dishes, microwave, blender, vacuum, iron with ironing board - all that a household needs is available. You'll truly feel at home. A two cars garage offers space for your car and you are well connected to the world with free high speed internet.

House was exactly as pictured! Clean, beautiful and the pool was the crown jewel! My kids LOVED playing in that gorgeous pool. Neighborhood was nice and quiet too. Would definitely stay here again!

The house and property were great however when we arrived the three trash cans were full of rotten food and maggots. The floors were also dirty. The property manager needs to do better when it comes to making sure house keeping items are taken care of.

Tropical oasis

We thought we wanted to stay on the island initially and we are so glad we stayed here instead. We didn’t even want to leave the property. The pool area is everything we could have dreamed of. The house was beautiful and everything was very clean. I wish I could take this property back home with me. So in love with it. Will definitely be back in the future!

Great place! Amazingly clean.

Property was as advertised. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space and pool due to the 39-50 degree temps and wind during our stay. But it looked lovely. When they say they only give you a starter set of paper products like paper towels and toilet paper and soap they aren’t kidding. The soap is gone in one hand wash. They expect you to take out the trash when pickup is scheduled but they don’t give any new trash bags. To be fair, they do tell you all of this in their communications so please read all instructions. Other than those inconveniences, it was a wonderful place!

Great home!!

This home is absolutely perfect. My family loved this house and it's amenities. My daughter's couldn't get enough of the pool. Everything is very close by including the beach and restaurants. My daughter's made me promise to come back again next year, that's an easy promise to make!!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and just like the pictures in the photos. We spent a ton of time in the beautiful pool that sold us on this property. The beds were comfortable and overall, despite a few maintenance requests, our stay was great. When we did make them aware of some issues, they came same day and resolved them. The only thing I would like to see that would really make the experience great is providing enough supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets for the stay. We were left with two half rolls of toilet paper in the master bathroom and one roll in the guest bathroom for the entire week for 6 people. We were also given two trash bags and two dishwasher tablets for a 7 day stay. Even a hotel provides adequate toilet paper and trash bags for the duration of your stay. For a minimal cost, the owners could provide this to alleviate their guests' headaches of immediately having to go out and buy these items. This is the first time in staying at a rental house where we didn't have enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or dishwasher tablets for our stay. A little extra convenience for your guests in this respect wouldn't cost you that much more. Additionally, this house had nothing in terms of items like salt/pepper, etc. in the kitchen...just things to consider should you book here in the future. In terms of proximity to things, it's about 20-25 minutes from Anna Maria Island and there are grocery stores right around the corner, which is nice. We'd stay again, but would love to see them put some consideration into providing enough supplies for a one week stay. Also, the trash cans need to be replaced with one large trash can. Two tiny trash cans in the kitchen don't cut it.

Heaven!

We all absolutely LOVED this house, it was a great relaxing bachelorette getaway, watched a couple Harry Potter movies and Even though it rained it made it a perfect mooding for us. The whole area was very clean, I admire the whole lay out of the house! It was comforting and beautiful! I didn’t care if it was 65 degrees out I wanted to enjoy this pool and enjoy I did! The back yard you’d have no idea that you have neighbors because it feels so tropical! I’m very familiar with the area thanks to my fiancĂ© who is a US Navy Recruiter for the Bradenton and Sarasota locations. Which is why I picked this area, I loved the area and how close everything is! This place for me is house goals I truly can’t wait to plan my next trip with my soon to be husband because I definitely want him to stay here and experience the amazing vibe and comfort this place gives you! Thank you kindly again I can’t wait to come back in the future❀

The pool is amazing!

Our family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was set to a perfect temperature, so we never visited the beach. We thought the beds were quite comfortable and we appreciated the blackout curtains in the master. Something I am weird about is ambient lighting and they did a great job with lights on dimmers and plenty of lamps. This isn’t a negative, but more of a heads up.. the dryer didn’t appear to automatically shut off- so we had to keep our own timers. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We loved Tropical Oasis! The house was clean and spacious. The pool was perfect and landscaped beautifully. Night swimming was so much fun with the outdoor lights and colored pool lights. We spent our time relaxing and making memories! I’m sure we will return!

I cannot say enough about this house. The pool is the nicest residential pool I have ever seen. Heated, zero depth walk in/lay area under an umbrella, deep portion, seated portion, multicolored light at night and SURROUNDED BY PALM TREES, I highly recommend this management company get some new photos as this house is way more amazing in comparison to the blurry pictures. The house was completely my aesthetic. Beautiful flooring, gorgeous updated kitchen and bathrooms and perfect layout. No question we will stay here again.
