This exceptional Lakefront Pool Home is located in a small and quaint community in Northwest Bradenton.

Sit on the freshly remodeled pool deck, relax in the sparkling heated pool (optional for a fee) and enjoy the views of the lake!

The modern kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless side-by-side refrigerator, stainless dishwasher, stainless glass cooktop/range and stainless microwave and granite counters.

The large living areas with vaulted ceilings and illumination skylights opens up to a bright and shiny Florida room, both rooms offering beautiful water views.

The home has a split plan with a spacious master suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins.

Free high speed wireless internet.

Electric pool heater can be turned on upon request at an additional charge ($190 for the first week and $20 for each additional night plus tax) and shall be ordered at least one week prior to arrival.

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Base rate is good for number of guests shown in listing. Please enter your dates and number of guests for a detailed quote.

Well, Let me be fair, there were some positives, The location and neighborhood is very good. The pool is nice and the house is spacious. The TV is fine, the mattresses fine and the hot water comes up quickly. The problem is the house is quite dated and not clean. The stove is nasty the linens meh, and even the washer was a bit gross. I hid a 20 bill in the house but doubt the cleaners will find it. Bottom line, not worth the paid.

I found the house to be subpar compared to what I paid. None of the outlets worked in either bathrooms to blow dry my hair. First, I had to do it in the kitchen without a mirror of course and then I wound up doing it in the bedroom. The master bedroom the ceiling fan did not work. There were blinds on the window, which were cheap and ripped. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper – really?! The plus was the outside very nice. I will not stay there again and I believe I should be reimbursed some funds for the nonworking fan and nonworking outlets and also the water pressure was very poor.

The rooms were very large and spacious. The A/C system worked very well and we were comfortable during our stay. On a negative note we found empty chip bags under of the beds and dust and dirt behind the night stands.

Wir hatten wunderbare 14 Tage bei bestem November-Wetter. Das Haus ist sehr groß und kann bequem mit 6 Personen genutzt werden. Es könnten ein paar kleine Ausbesserungen vorgenommen und das ein oder andere MöbelstĂŒck ausgetauscht werden. Aber das hat unsere Urlaubsfreude nicht geschmĂ€lert. Der Pool ist einfach grandios. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nice Place

I was in town for work and getting this place was cheaper than a hotel and I could cook my own meals. The place was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking wares. I had a few questions and used the ticketing system. Answers were prompt. This place would be great for a family vacation. Really close to the Island! Wish I had more time to explore the area.

It did the job

The house was well situated for all of the events we had planned in Tampa, Bradenton, Lakeland, & Clearwater. 40 minutes to and hour to each. We also went to Anna Maria Island, 15 minutes away, and it was beautiful! As for the house, its dated but neat and cleanish. The property manager took 2 days to respond to 2 issues we had. Luckily my husband was able to fix the kitchen faucet because the dishwasher wasn't usable. We could have definitely used more than one kitchen garbage bag and some clear instructions as to what we should do with trash as there was no outside trash bin. Otherwise, this house was spacious enough for the 4 of us and had what we needed to prepare meals.

Bradenton stay

My husband and I stayed a week. Although there were some issues, the lightbulbs were burned out in the ceiling fan in the family room, the ONLY channel we could get on the fam. room tv was YouTube, which is rediculous as we don't watch tv sitting on our bed. No of the outlets worked in either bathroom. We notified the office regarding these issues and they told us how to fix the outlet issue but the switch that they told us to flip did not exist. The other issues were not addressed. Despite this the place was lovely and clean and we enjoyed the enclosed patio and pool. But because of the other issues I would not recommend this place to others.

Would stay there again!

Beautiful and spacious home! Queen and king beds VERY comfortable. Twin beds are definitely geared for kids. Not as comfortable. The pool was awesome! A pool guy visited, which we didn't expect so having a "stranger" just show up in the backyard was a bit unnerving. We had to ask him why he was there. Nice to have towels for both showers and beach towels provided for the pool. However, we had to buy garbage bags, salt/pepper, dish soap/dishwasher soap and toilet paper. Being forewarned about bringing necessities would have been nice. The dishwasher didn't clean at all! We ended up doing all the dishes by hand. Photo's were a bit misleading about being near a beach. Travel to Anna Maria island is about 20 min away so we were not right on or near the beach as expected. The check out list was also a bit over the top. Why are we paying cleaning fees if we have to do all the cleaning before we leave? However, overall was a great place to stay for the price. Thank you.

Perfect spot

This was a wonderful place, we hope to stay here again. I would suggest some fabric mesh lounges for laying out. They had coffee filters on hand which saved buying 200 pack that you can't use at home. Property Manger was QUICK to respond and accommodate us for an early arrival. We would recommend choosing any property they manage.

!! WARNING!!

WARNING!! DO NOT RENT!! When we arrived the first day, the master bed broke. My wife injured her back. We spent over 3 nights sleeping on the floor!! The repair man eventually came. He said “ the bed had been previously broken and was patched back together.The entire bed frame was broken! And that it would break again. He also said he told the manager’s the problem. “The Host/customer service will not respond to calls or emails once they receive your rent $$. Later, they actually offered a $50 discount on future stay.. what an insult!! Service man said “ he can’t even get paid for work he performed, so good luck getting help!!” The host actually cussed at me in a email response when got back home. These are the facts and the truth.. no matter what their response to this. You’ve been warned! Rent from a reputable business
 I will next time (P.S.- it’s not a lake behind the house. Just a small water hole)

Green Pool

Only can use pool 1 Maybe 2days then it turns green and no one will respond to emails, ants in the hall bathroom, the master bed is to hard to sleep on. On the good side great location and the house is beautiful.

We had an amazing time. We loved the location and the house. Constructive input...the dishwasher was full of mildew so my husband cleaned the filter and cleaned it out towards the end of our stay, but we had to hand wash dishes until then. The refridgerator was dirty inside. The bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable due to a very thin mattress. This isn't meant to deter anyone from staying here. Just input as most of the issues had to do with housekeeping. We hated to leave and would definitely love to stay there again on our next visit as these issues can be easily taken care of.

It’s a very nice comfortable house in a quite neighborhood.

House was comfortable , clean and in a nice neighborhood. If your planning on going to the beach a lot . You do get traffic from the school and the intercostal bridge 
 I would be very interested in renting again .
