Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire main house, located on a private half-acre lot that also includes a separate cottage. The cottage is a completely independent unit with its own listing and is not included in this reservation.

There is an owner's closet in the office/den that stores the cornhole boards—this should remain closed during your stay.

You’ll have two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway, plus an optional third spot on the street directly in front of the house. Please do not block the driveway, as the cottage guests need clear access to enter and exit at all times.

Other things to note

Florida is a tropical climate, and while our home is professionally treated quarterly, it’s not possible to eliminate all bugs. You may see the occasional lizard outdoors or experience mosquitoes in the evenings—especially after it rains. We recommend packing bug spray for your comfort.

You may notice our lawn care, trash/recycling, or pest control vendors on-site during your stay. These services help us keep the property in top condition and are scheduled regularly.

Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays.
Please place trash bags in the outdoor bin on Sunday and Wednesday evenings by 7:30 PM, so our team can bring them to the curb. If that’s not possible, place bags in the bin on Monday or Thursday morning to ensure pickup.

The house was lovely and beautifully renovated. Every room including bathrooms and the kitchen were immaculate. The hosts were very communicative and welcoming. They provided beach chairs which made our short drive and beach day on Anna Maria Island perfect. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

For our three week stay in Feb, the house was spacious, it included a deck on the street side and a private fenced in back yard (dog friendly). The long driveway is shared with the smaller rental in the back. The home is close to many shops, stores and restaurants. Florida traffic can be heavy at times. Anna Maria Island is about a 15 min drive with minimal traffic, but typically 30 to 45 minutes on those beautiful weather beach days.

We was planning a trip to Bradenton Fla. to watch spring training baseball. We wanted a rental property rather than just staying at a hotel room. A hotel room is just that, all of the ones I ever stayed at never had that home feel. This rental property makes you feel like you are at home. It is perfect. If you and your family are planning a trip to the Bradenton Fla. area this is the rental you want. There are many excellent features this place has. It has been recently re-molded so the interior is very nice. It has a spacious backyard that is enclosed with a privacy fence. The interior is well taken care of. The last and important fact is that the host is very pleasant and very helpful. we will absolutely use this property in the future.

The property was exactly as described in the listing, and the house was very clean, which is always a bonus for us. The bedding was comfortable and fresh. The location was great, close to main roads into the island and restaurants. We honestly have no complaints. As a suggestion, it would have been nice to have at least two more beach chairs for a four-bedroom house. It would also be great to have a curtain across the dividing wall between the enclosed porch and the dining room. Moving around in the morning (in PJ's) and using the bathroom in the middle of the night made it feel a bit lacking in privacy. These are just suggestions that do not impact my rating. I would rent again and recommend to others.
