This property is a wonderful opinion for a family or a small group of adults.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The hosts were easy to contact if you needed anything. We were originally going to take our pet dog along with us, we decided not to bring him. There is a nice fenced in back yard.There's also a very nice screened porch.

Cute, clean & comfortable!

The bungalow was very clean which is most important to me. Just enough room for my adult daughter and I to spread out! All appliances were clean except for the Keurig coffee maker.It needs a good cleaning so I didn’t use it. That was not worth giving the place less than a 5 star for cleanliness!The hosts were very accommodating and responded to all my messages.Thank you for a stress free visit.

Aunt’s 102 birthday celebration

Brought our aunt to Florida so she could celebrate her 102 birthday with her brother ( he is 93 ) this was a great little place, quite neighborhood, and close to her brother, easy access to plenty of things to do.

Bradenton Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton. Timothy was great about communicating, and his place was perfect for our family of 6. It was also a great location being close to AMI beaches, downtown, and the Robinson Preserve. We would stay again!

Cute older home

My husband and I stayed 5 nights, February 5th through the 10th. The home is located in a great older neighborhood, that we felt safe in. It is convenient to shopping and the Riverwalk, which I highly recommend. And just a few minutes drive to Anna Maria Island. Communication was easy with the host and we would definitely stay again in the future.

Best Vacation Home EVER!!!

This was so much more than just a cute bungalow!!! We had everything we needed in this home. It was immaculately clean, the 3 bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was large and well equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, etc
 and a nice sized dining table! The living room was spacious and well appointed with comfy chairs and couch, and big screen smart tv. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, answering all of our questions in a timely manner. We would have liked to meet them, but maybe next time
 because there will definitely be a next time! We highly recommend staying here!! We had a great time!!!

Location location location!!

This house was awesome! We were in town for our granddaughter’s Lacrosse tournament and this house was a life saver. We were able to do laundry and it was so convenient to both fields. I would come stay again for vacay. It was so nice and cozy!

Owner kept accessing property during stay

The property was nice and comfortable but I cut my work off and left early because the owner made me feel uncomfortable. They accessed the property once without notice or permission. I returned home from work on a second occasion to find their keys hanging in the door which was a second time the property was accessed during my stay without permission or notification. They were nice but kept showing up while I was there so I just left.
