Screened porch, spacious kitchen, new appliances, new mattresses, carport, 2car parking, laundry on site, Roku tv, beach towels provided. Free parking available at our property on AMI, a minute walk from the beach.

Yes there was ample kitchen utensils, laundry area had washer and dryer which was very usefull. barbeque was working good. I used it a lot. Parking under the carport was nice to have car out of the hot sun all day. Was only a 10 min drive to Anna Maria (leave early). Is a Great Location, close to many shops and grocery stores. Went to Riverwalk many times, saw Dolphins and a Sting Ray. Plan on returning. Thanks

The host was super responsive to any issues. The house was well stocked and nice to have a full kitchen. Only issue was the bed was slightly uncomfortable but the rest was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Very cute and clean place to stay. Host provided a thorough text prior to check in and was easy to reach out to! We stayed for a lax tournament at Premier Sports Campus. It was about a 45 minute commute (with traffic and parking accounted for). Went to Sofra restaurant and Pier 22 which were both very good! Host was very kind to deliver a hairdryer that was missing! I would recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner and soap even though some is provided. ;) We would definitely recommend!

The property was exactly what we needed. There was enough room for me to stay with my daughter in two sons and have her own space. Check in was easy communication was as well. The property was clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay, I would highly recommend this property. We are able to enjoy the beach along with all the wonderful restaurants in the area. It was a perfect escape that we needed at the time. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

This property is a wonderful opinion for a family or a small group of adults.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The hosts were easy to contact if you needed anything. We were originally going to take our pet dog along with us, we decided not to bring him. There is a nice fenced in back yard.There's also a very nice screened porch.

Cute, clean & comfortable!

The bungalow was very clean which is most important to me. Just enough room for my adult daughter and I to spread out! All appliances were clean except for the Keurig coffee maker.It needs a good cleaning so I didn’t use it. That was not worth giving the place less than a 5 star for cleanliness!The hosts were very accommodating and responded to all my messages.Thank you for a stress free visit.

Aunt’s 102 birthday celebration

Brought our aunt to Florida so she could celebrate her 102 birthday with her brother ( he is 93 ) this was a great little place, quite neighborhood, and close to her brother, easy access to plenty of things to do.

Bradenton Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton. Timothy was great about communicating, and his place was perfect for our family of 6. It was also a great location being close to AMI beaches, downtown, and the Robinson Preserve. We would stay again!

Convenient Bungalow
