My stay was for 5 days, attending to personal business matters in Bradenton. This location was convenient to my various travels, and provided a solid base. This is a no frills, business and tradesman hotel for extended stays. The property is relatively new and everything is clean and nice.

The staff are top notch! Always friendly and going above and beyond. We stayed for 3 nights and never had housekeeping, but staff always gave us fresh towels whenever we asked. Breakfast is extremely basic (boiled eggs, yogurt, and packaged muffins, granola bars, and cereal bars), which was somewhat disappointing. The hotel is next to 2 grocery stores, a gas station, and a few fast food places. We only had to drive 20-30 minutes to get to Anna Maria Island. The beds were comfortable and the room stayed cold enough in the summer. The only thing the room lacked were mirrors besides the bathroom mirror.

Friendly staff was immediately obvious. I didnt like having to change rooms on account of shower faucet not working. Staff had to come into 2nd room to assist with faucet too.
