Single family home in West Bradenton. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home has been totally remodeled and updated in 2019. Great flowing open floor plan. Beautifully renovated bath and kitchen. New smart TVs, front door RING camera, Wi-Fi and outdoor grill. Only 6.6 miles from Anna Maria Island Bradenton beach and 2 miles from IMG Academy. Swimming pool and nice private fence around the yard. Close to downtown Bradenton and Manatee Riverwalk park. Very close to the shopping and dining.

Access to the place was easy. It was in a nice neighborhood not far from a main road, but not on a busy street with noise. The pool was heated without additional charge or request. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for preparing full meals. We were there for Thanksgiving and cooked a full meal. There were plenty of beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella for trips to the beach. Lounging by the pool and watching some movies in the evening on the outdoor TV, sitting on comfortable outdoor furniture, was great. We would stay here again.

We were very happy with our rental. The house was exceptionally clean, it also had many amenities such as pool/beach towels, everything you would need for the kitchen. Laundry room. It also had extras such as paper products, spices, laundry soap, hair conditioner etc. They even had pool floats, beach chairs and umbrella etc. The house was beautifully redone on the inside, the yard was very nice and the owners were on top of everything. The communication was great and the owner came over to introduce himself. They really care about making your vacation perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was just so relaxing. Thank you for a great 2 weeks and cant wait to come back next year!

Great place to stay

First, let me start by saying the host was great. She was very responsive with any of my questions. The house is in a quiet little neighborhood and was exactly as described. The kids loved playing in the pool. We were up for a cheer competition and everywhere else wanted 1200-1400 for two nights we stumble across this place and are happy. We decided to stay here. Short drive to a competition.

Great House/Great Pool

House was perfect for our family of 4. Backyard/pool area really made this place great. Patio well equipped with plenty of seating, and a TV. Pool is heated, my kids swam and watched movies. Quiet and secluded, great place to catch some sun and relax. Home is not far from beaches, and main road. Easy to get where you need to go.

Great Stay

Biggest factor is cleanliness when I’m searching for a place - and this house didn’t disappoint. Very clean, very well stocked with what ya need and the location was great! Pool area is where we spent most of our time but when we needed something or wanted to visit the beach, it was all easy to get to. I will def look to stay here again when we are in town. 5 stars all the way!!
