The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place trash bags in the Green trash containers in front of the garage. The Blue container is not for recyclables.
Place used towels in the washing machine, add a laundry detergent sheet, and start a washing load.
- Check throughout the cabin for any left items, especially a child's favorite toy that could have fallen under furniture, including beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

There will be a $50 shipping and handling fee per item for any item left behind that you wish to be returned.
No flushable wipes or paper towels are allowed to be flushed down the toilets.
