We had a great stay. Nice accommodations suitable for our needs. Clean. Modern. Close to Santa Maria Island and the beach! Found a couple of great restaurants close by. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. Quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again! Reasonably priced.

Amenities, the couch needs to be replaced painful to sit on, the gas grill did not work, warm water never got hot, a pancake griddle is not a 2 burner hot plate. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable, the outside area was a plus.

Very easy check-in, great location. It was very clean and much larger than we expected! The screened porch was very nice also! The only down was that the pullout couch was not comfortable at all. But everything else exceeded our expectations!

The property was perfect for us. We visited familh over Christmas week and there is a great privacy backyard area and screened in sunroom. I had 2 dogs and it was great for them as well. There is a small beach area at the end of the block and Santa Maria Island is about 6 miles away. Great location and great food nearby

We were within 5 to 10 minutes from Cortez and coquina beach without the hustle and bustle of beach traffic and downtown. We were very impressed!!

Fully enjoyed our stay. Perfect for couples. Very clean. We brought our boat, at the end of our stay we found there is a boat launch in the neighborhood which is very convenient (you just have to call the number on the sign to use) overall we would stay again, and recommend to others.

GROUPER SUITE

It was perfect for us and the dogs. The doggies had a nice little enclosed yard to play in. Dave loved sitting in the enclosed patio for a smoke. We loved the cottage setup. The bed was so comfortable and the bedroom had everything we needed. The kitchen/living was a great setup too.
