This three bedroom three bathroom 1406 square foot newly remodeled stately log cabin home is perfect for two families vacationing together. It’s located just a short walk from the Oak Shores community club house, community swimming pool and, Oak Shores marina. As you walk the steps to the upper deck to the main living space there is plenty of room to enjoy the lake views and relax while BBQing on the propane BBQ. As you enter the front door, the open concept living and dining area greets you with it’s a true log cabin feel and beautiful laminate wood flooring. The kitchen has granite counters, a farmhouse kitchen sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven , microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher, utensils, glassware, and pots/pans for 12. This level also has a full bathroom with a shower. As you walk up the steps, there is a full bathroom directly at the top of the steps with a tub. There are two spacious bedrooms each with king beds and twin trundles. Heading back outside on the deck and down the stairs, there is a door that leads to the large grandmother quarters. There is an area with 2 twin beds and area with a queen bed. The kitchenette has a stove, sink, coffee maker, and microwave. There is also another refrigerator. There is a sitting area along with a dining table. The laundry area is also down here and another full bath with shower. This is the perfect lake experience with a rustic feel but all the upgrade amenities make it irresistible.

Weekend with friends across the lake

The house was perfect for our three day weekend most of which was spent across the lake at a friends ranch. The location to the main ramp access to a boat was perfect and the walk home was easy for two female friends. The place was perfect. we each had our own bathroom and, it was clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our little adventure.

Family Vacation

We had a great time making many new memories. The "cabin" was well stocked with all the necessities needed for cooking. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The convenience to the club house and the pool was perfect since we had the grand-kids with us. The place was clean and looked exactly as the pictures showed. Joe was terrific in answering all my questions prior to arriving. We all agree that we will most definitely stay there again. Thank you!!!

Great house but Oak Shores can be a hassle

House was very clean and includes almost everything you could need. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Property management was nice enough to have the A/C running when we got there as it was over 100°F. Pros: -A/C -Clean -Spacious -Washer and Dryer -Nice patio space -Very close to the marina -Private slip included for the weekend Cons: -The downstairs studio is not connected to the main house. You must walk outside and up the front porch to get to the main unit. -No wifi and no cell service -Heads up there is a $50 Oak shores management fee that is included in the fine print of the contract. -If you want to check in before 4pm it will cost you an additional $75. -If you bring more than 2 cars the additional cars will have to pay $10/night to park in overflow at the very edge of the community. -Check the lake level before you go. In August 2018 the water was so low most of the ramps and docks were out of the water. All in all it was a great trip. If it rains a good amount this year I would consider going back next summer.

This property is amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. This home has everything you need for a great vacation with friends and family. Especially like the proximity to the docks and launch ramp. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Awesome rental property! Home was well equipped, A/C, amenities (pool, golf, etc) were great!

Loved this property! We had 11 people (7 adults and 4 kids) and it was very comfortable. Diane and her husband (Property Managers) were awesome--very C/S friendly and always helpful. I would highly recommend installing a TV in the downstairs unit and providing two house keys since they are separate units--providing more flexibility for the occupants staying in each unit not having to share a key. Hotels provide a separate card key for every adult and we found only the one key problematic. Other than those two issues (lack of a key and 2nd TV)--we loved the property managers and Tomas Landing! Thank you.

Tomos Landing was the perfect place to stay. It was beautifully kept, and had everything we needed.

Our experience fell short of nothing. There was plenty of space and the property was beautiful and updated. The location was beautiful and also peacefully quiet. The management was professional and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again next year. I would highly recommend this property. It's the perfect location for a quiet getaway in a magnificent property.

Thanksgiving Getaway!

The Tomos Landing whose home we stayed at this past Thanksgiving Day was a wonderful getaway for our family. The home/cabin was beautiful and well equipped. We found everything neat, clean, and in order. The view of the lake from the deck is gorgeous and to see deer fascinated the old and the young alike. What a peaceful location.

This is a beautiful cabin!!!!! The driveway was lots of parking and you can walk to the marina!!

Nicely furnished and well stocked with all the necessary supplies this is a very comfortable cabin. The location is prime as you can walk to the marina. Having a second refrigerator in the granny unit below it was very helpful as we had brought a lot of food and ice. All the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great ! There are lots of amenities at Oak Shores however we were so busy boating we never really had the time to use them. This is an amazing property and we hope to go back soon!
