This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I find it impossible that people are rating this any higher than 1 star. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable (springs poking through), and they give you one very flat pillow. I actually had to roll my clothes up to use as a pillow. My travel partner and I started joking that it closely resembles a prison. Someone else in the reviews said it looked abandoned, but I think it looks like a set from a Zombie apocalypse movie. The curtains don't cover the windows, and the internet didn't work, so I had to use a hotspot for the entire five days I was there. The TV does not stream and has barely one channel; the rest are static. The windows are paper-thin, and you can hear everything outside. You will regret staying here.

No wifi or hardly any internet connection in rooms. Only in the lobby or close to the elevator it's working, else: no way. The, know about the issue but do not solve it. Further: very bad service at the receptio . They ignore you or walk away. They do not solve any problem and serve other guests and try not to look at you. If you want a problem fixes: they don't. Literally: one guy ignored me and afterwarda pointed at his new colleague which just arrived. Asked him and they guy just said he will not help me, took his bag and walked away. Reception was afterwarda empty for 30min....

Boa experiência. É um hotel honesto. Sua estrutura é antiga mas funciona bem. Para mim o que incomodou foi o barulho externo, na qual se resolveria muito bem com um sistema anti-ruido. A localização é ótima, funcionários e café da manhã bons.

O hotel é bem localizado, mas esta totalmente obsoleto e depreciado, ocorreram diversas situações e desconforto sendo : 1 - Falta de agua quente - o sistema apresentou problema diversas vezes, bem deficiente mesmo. 2 - O chuveiro instalado no apartamento 8006 caiu da parede 3 - O chuveiro era do tipo elétrico, mas funcionava como ducha 4 - Houve alagamento no subsolo ( áreas do restaurante e recepção), um dos cafés da manha foi precário. 5 - O alarme de incêndio soou por duas vezes, uma delas as 5 hs da manha 6 - O ar condicionado tem um barulho inadequado a fim fica dentro do quarto. O Hotel precisa passar por uma boa reforma, mesmo que parcial por andares ou é melhor fechar. Em tempo em nenhum lugar foi informado que havia uma boate no térreo. Não combina com hospedagem familiar.

A experiência nesse hotel foi péssima e extremamente frustrante. Me hospedei com familiares, incluindo idosos e uma pessoa com comorbidades, o que tornou toda a situação ainda mais grave e revoltante diante do completo descaso do hotel com os hóspedes. A estrutura é precária e mal conservada. Os quartos eram muito barulhentos e nenhuma condição adequada de conforto ou descanso. Para piorar, faltou água quente todos os dias da hospedagem, e em nenhum momento o hotel apresentou uma solução eficiente ou qualquer preocupação real com quem estava hospedado ali, por vezes ignorando os contatos dos hóspedes que eram realizados por whatsapp. O café da manhã também foi decepcionante e desorganizado. Após certo horário, faltavam itens básicos, não havia reposição adequada e até louças limpas acabavam. É inadmissível um hotel funcionar dessa forma e tratar os hóspedes com tamanha falta de respeito. Infelizmente, foi uma experiência marcada por desorganização, descaso e total falta de estrutura. Não recomendo esse hotel para ninguém, principalmente para famílias, idosos ou pessoas que precisem de um mínimo de conforto e suporte durante a hospedagem

Péssima experiência do início ao fim. Me hospedei no hotel com familiares, incluindo idosos e uma pessoa com comorbidades, e o tratamento recebido foi de total descaso. O café da manhã foi extremamente decepcionante. Quem chegava um pouco mais tarde encontrava itens sem reposição e até falta de louça limpa. Considerando o perfil dos hóspedes e as dificuldades enfrentadas, a sensação foi de completo desrespeito e despreparo. A estrutura do hotel é muito mal conservada, com quartos apresentando vazamentos e excesso de barulho, tornando impossível descansar adequadamente. O pior foi a falta de água quente durante todos os dias da estadia, sem qualquer solução eficiente ou preocupação da equipe diante da situação. Fujam desse suposto hotel!!!

Me hospedei com familiares, incluindo idosos e uma pessoa com comorbidades, e ainda assim o hotel demonstrou total falta de empatia, cuidado e respeito com os hóspedes. A estrutura é precária, mal conservada e incompatível com qualquer expectativa mínima de conforto. Alguns quartos tinham vazamentos, e todos eram extremamente barulhentos e não permitiam descanso algum. Para piorar, faltou água quente todos os dias da hospedagem, sem solução, suporte ou qualquer tentativa séria de resolver o problema. O café da manhã era outro retrato da desorganização: itens acabavam rapidamente, não havia reposição adequada e até louças limpas faltavam. É revoltante ver um hotel funcionar nessas condições, principalmente recebendo famílias, idosos e pessoas com necessidades de saúde. Foi uma experiência marcada por descaso absoluto e total desrespeito aos hóspedes.

O imóvel é bem localizado, mas é velho e não está bem conservado; o piso apresenta danos; os interruptores de energia estão danificados. Mas a cama é limpa, sem cheiro, com colchão e travesseiros adequados. O banheiro é limpo e a água é quente, mas não há suporte para toalha de rosto. A equipe de funcionários é ok e o café da manhã é um típico de 3 estrelas / continental. Fiquei 5 noites e só fizeram serviço de limpeza 2x embora eu tenha pedido 4x. Ar-condicionado velho, barulhento. A TV é um monitor de computador de umas 18 polegadas bem antigo. Os controles da TV e do ar-condicionado não estão em boas condições.

Demora para repor os itens do café da manhã, inclusive pratos, copos e talheres. A limpeza do quarto estava boa. A cama é muito mole, poderiam trocar os colchões. Sugiro colocarem acessórios para pendurar as toalhas e uma prateleira no box para colocar xampu e condicionador. Das 4 diárias, ficamos 2 dias com água gelada no chuveiro, devido a problema na caldeira e falavam que em 40 minutos seria resolvido sem ter resolvido. Elevador demora muito, gerando transtornos e atrasos aos hóspedes, principalmente na hora do café da manhã. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.
