The location was ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was clean, and offered a nice city view. Easy parking inside the garage.

Very good hotel and fairly new. Right across the street from the Shopping. The restaurant had an adequate breakfast buffet. We also tried the chef's special for dinner and it was the best grilled chicken breast I've had in Brazil. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The only quibble was that the shower was small. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This was much needed since it was my first visit to Brazil. The hotel is at a great location within walking distance to tourist sites and shopping. I enjoyed my experience here. Obrigada!

O Hotel é novo, bem cuidado, com boa recepção e funcionários atenciosos. Há um restaurante, no qual também é servido o café da manhã. O café da manhã possui boa variedade, é bom, mas não é destaque. O quarto é pequeno, novo e limpo. O tamanho do quarto não é problema para quem está sozinho, no entanto o banheiro incomoda um pouco pelo tamanho. No banheiro, o vaso é apertado, o box é apertado e a ducha estava com pouca pressão. Não havia ducha higiênica. Os colchões são bons, contudo achei um pouco duro. As roupas de cama e toalhas são de boa qualidade. Também há uma área de lazer boa, com piscina aquecida, sauna e academia. A localização é muito boa.
