Bedrooms open to balcony access, and each main bedroom has cable TV for easy downtime. A dedicated desk in the king suite supports remote work or school, and complimentary Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. Youâll also have a private washer and dryer for gear and laundry. Step outside to take in mountain views or fire up the outdoor BBQ grill. When youâre off the mountain, head to the community indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and fitness center to unwind.

Important Things to Note
âą Parking: One reserved parking space in the heated garage. Parking passes are required and must be displayed at all times to avoid towing; passes are provided inside the unit.
âą Building access: This is a third-floor unit with private elevator access. If the elevator is unavailable, stairs will be required.
âą Wi-Fi and cellular: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to the mountain location and area-wide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can be spotty in areas around town.
âą Community amenities: Guests have access to shared indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and fitness center within the complex.
âą Pets: No pets are allowed per HOA rules.
âą Complimentary private laundry in unit.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
