This comfortable, family-friendly 3rd-floor condo offers room for up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms plus a bunk alcove and 3 bathrooms. The vibe is relaxed and practicalâideal for groups who want an easy home base close to the lifts and downtown.
Bedrooms open to balcony access, and each main bedroom has cable TV for easy downtime. A dedicated desk in the king suite supports remote work or school, and complimentary Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. Youâll also have a private washer and dryer for gear and laundry. Step outside to take in mountain views or fire up the outdoor BBQ grill. When youâre off the mountain, head to the community indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and fitness center to unwind.

âą Parking: One reserved parking space in the heated garage. Parking passes are required and must be displayed at all times to avoid towing; passes are provided inside the unit.
âą Building access: This is a third-floor unit with private elevator access. If the elevator is unavailable, stairs will be required.
âą Wi-Fi and cellular: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to the mountain location and area-wide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can be spotty in areas around town.
âą Community amenities: Guests have access to shared indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and fitness center within the complex.
âą Pets: No pets are allowed per HOA rules.
âą Complimentary private laundry in unit.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

This condo is a 3 bedroom and has 10 spots for sleeping. We were told no second car in the garage. We were also told that there was overnight parking available at an off property lot. I found out a week before we left that the property that the overnight lot was not guaranteed. I was lucky and found a spot, but the next day, the lot was full. There were also simple things missing that again, I have not experienced when I have stayed up in Summit and Eagle Counties. Only 2 bath mats for 3 bathrooms, no kleenex, no basic kitchen/bathroom items like aluminum foil, laundry detergent, lotion.Several things were broken (dryer button, 2 of the faucets had to jiggle to turn off/on, shade was broken). I called and the "fix-it" person came quick, but was just annoying I had to deal with it during vacation. Place was a bit run down (wallpaper peeling, shower kind of dingy, etc.). Positives: location by the lift and close to Main Street
This was the perfect property for me and my large group of friends. Plenty of space for us and it was so great having direct elevator access right into the unit. Great location and great value! Would stay here every time I come back to Breckenridge
We had an amazing stay at this property and would absolutely come back. The walkout access to the Snowflake Lift is hands-down the best weâve ever experiencedâyou step out of the building and youâre practically on the lift. No streets to cross, no uphill trudging, just effortless ski-in/ski-out convenience.Inside, the unit was incredibly spacious, which worked perfectly for our large group. The sleeping areas are nicely separated from the main living room, so people could rest while others hung out, cooked, or watched TV. Being a top-floor corner unit was a huge bonus tooâvaulted ceilings and tons of natural light gave the space an open, airy feel, and the views of the forest and mountain peaks were fantastic.All of the property amenities far exceeded expectations. Between the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, the wet and dry saunas, the well-equipped exercise room, and the gas grills, we had everything we needed to relax after a day on the mountain.We also appreciated the direct elevator access from the indoor parking garage to the unit, which made unloading gear super convenient. Just one thing to note: indoor parking was limited for us by the provision of a single vehicle parking pass, so larger groups with more than one vehicle should plan ahead for additional parking.Property host was extremely responsive, pleasant, and effective.Overall, this place delivered on comfort, convenience, and those little perks that make a ski trip easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
More Detailed, 5-Star FeelAmazing location right next to the Snowflake lift. The private elevator directly into the condo was a huge plus, along with nearby parking and ski lockers. Everything was extremely convenient. The condo was very clean, just three blocks from Main Street, and comfortably spacious for our group of eight. We would absolutely stay here again.
This penthouse was a great place to stay! The communication between the host and our party was awesome. They were super attentive and helpful. The location is right now downtown and is close to everything. It sleeps a lot of people as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!
