Pretty property

Updated kitchen. Would be good to repair the path and surrounding of the hot tub as there are loose boards. Easy to check in. Beautiful scenery. Needs new carpet/flooring but was very clean. Screen missing in primary bedroom.

Breckinridge Mountain Retreats

We enjoyed our secluded stay in the three story unit. The floor plan worked for us since we spent most of our time on the second floor (den, kitchen and eating area). The beds were well appointed, bathrooms clean and views of the mountain impressive. Our concerns were the very worn and stained carpeting and dirty bbq pit.

Good place for the money

Overall its a good value. The property could have been cleaner. The master bedroom was dusty, carpet is kind of dingy and the hot tub was super cloudy. The hot tub is not on a level surface so everytime we would get in with more than 2 people it would overflow and we would have to refill it. This ended up helping with the water not being the cleanest. Overall not a bad property. But could use a little TLC.

Skiing after Christmas

We all really enjoyed this home! 4WD is really a must for this location when it snows. Our friends had an all wheel drive vehicle and had to wait until the snow plow came to clear the driveway. The property management was responsive to all of our needs, explaining the water alarm system to us really helped our family and friends to understand how to prevent the alarm from going off in the middle of the night. The house met all of our needs and was very comfortable! The location would be great in the summer too as it is close to many hiking trails!

We had a great stay when visiting Breckenridge for our son's wedding. Tthe home was spacious and comfortable. It was nice to sit in the hot tub and look at the trees and mountains.

We saw Moose right outside the neighborhood. Roads were easy to travel on even when not scraped. Home does need a good deep cleaning. My kids used the master bath to shower in because it was the cleanest.

Snowy forest views and comfortable living

We were very pleased with this property. A little hard to find but loved the location at the back of the neighborhood due to snowy forest views out every window. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The living room was perfectly cozy and comfortable at the end of a long ski day. And great sized for a large family. Dining was also huge for a big family. The only thing that bugged was the lighting in the bedrooms. Was lit by lamps only so hard to get dressed in the mornings with so little light.

Relaxing Ski Getaway

This condo was the perfect place for me and my friends visiting Breckenridge to ski! We enjoyed the multiple bathrooms and space the condo had to offer. The hot tub was very well maintained and incredible after a day of skiing. It was a quick 10-12 min drive to the North Gondola in the morning and the drive has amazing views of the whole mountain. We also saw multiple moose on the property which absolutely made the trip (but keep an eye out!) I would recommend staying here and will stay here again when I come back to Breckenridge.

Flexible space

Home is tucked away and private (not too easy to find at night) and it is a solid 10-15 minutes from the heart of Breckenridge Village with serious elevation. Hot tub is great and the layout is very flexible for several guests to have their own space. Carpet is showing its age a bit but overall very nice and would stay here again. A tip for those used to more humid environments, humidifiers require you to add salt to the water to work.

We had a great time!

This was the perfect spot for a girlfriends' weekend! The house had plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for 5 of us, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved being so close to hiking trails (Baldy Trailhead) and driving up Boreas Pass for enjoying the fall colors! Breckenridge is close by and we also enjoyed our time shopping there. The hot tub was very relaxing in the evening. Very comfortable and just as pictured.

Great stay

A moose ate grass right outside the window! Foxes visited. If you want a great quiet Breck experience stay here! We had such a great time and I would recommend this spot. Everything was as advertised and communications was very clear. Very Happy with our stay.

Roomy, well-equipped, comfortable place of our family of five.

Great views! We love Breckenridge and have been skiing there for 20 years. This is a fantastic rental that would comfortably sleep more than our family of five. We were easily able to cook and do laundry throughout the week. Also several bathrooms meant we could all clean up after a day of skiing before heading to our favorite restaurant Relish for dinner in town. Didn’t end up using the hot tub but that is a great amenity! Will definitely recommend this rental to family or friends if they plan to visit in future.

Spacious and Relaxing!

The house was a great place to stay for our first visit to Breckenridge! Six adults and one four-year-old were comfortable, with plenty of space in the bedrooms and living areas. Though we were close to other homes/condos, being located at the edge of a hill made for a feeling of privacy (and a wonderful view). Our Prius had no trouble getting to the house in July, but you might need 4WD in the winter. We loved the hot tub! Communication with the property managers was great; they resolved two minor property issues promptly! My only critiques: the sliding door in the dining room is difficult to open and close, and a couple of the mattresses were uncomfortable at times. Despite this, we'd gladly stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

For our family group of 8, ranging from ages 2 through 60's, this condo was ideal. Just a short car ride from Main Street, the views along the way were spectacular (Boreas Pass Drive) and the roads were well maintained despite some new snow during our stay. The condo's kitchen is large and well stocked, with an adjacent dining room large enough for our group. Clean and cozy, the condo has a large living room, and the WIFI was excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub although it's outside and a short walk away from the condo's entrance. The only drawbacks were the mattresses, which were hard and had all the adults complaining of back pain after 4 nights, and the chirping of the fire alarm in one of the upstairs bedrooms that woke us all up one night and then mysteriously stopped chirping in the morning. Check-in was easy and the property managers were good to work with. While in Breckenridge, we enjoyed tubing at the Adventure Park, skiing, shopping and dining on Main Street, and we had a fantastic morning at Breckenridge's amazing indoor pool/gymnasium. Our 4-year old even had a chance to learn rock-climbing there.
