Looking out at the ski resort while relaxing in this unit's private hot tub is a great way to end a nice day on the slopes! This two bedroom Breckenridge condo offers great assets in the unit such as a new flat screen TV in the living area, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and underground heated parking which is where you will find your own private ski locker. Sit back and enjoy your time in Breckenridge while being within a 1/2 block to Main Street and the Quicksilver Chair Lift. Building amenities also include a common-area outdoor hot tub, fitness center, and a conference room.

Did the Trick!

Great place plenty of room and all of the amenities. The check-in process was a little clumsy. The keys to the unit in the building were not working at the time so we had to call for the property manager every time we wanted to get in and out of the building. There are some deferred maintenance, couple broken windows and door handles, etc. nothing major very nice place nonetheless.

Poorly maintained

The unit is poorly maintained and needs a lot of work. The carpeting is disgustiing- stained and dirty throughout the unit. The walls are scuffed up and paint chipping in multiple places. Multiple items need repair and other repairs were done half-ass. When we arrived, the unit was very hot and we went to open the windows - but 3 of 4 windows on the 1st floor had no screens.

Absolutely perfect location. Property and apartment could use some deep cleaning and updates. Unit had many issues (ice maker doesn’t work, some windows without screens, drain in shower clogged, window cracked, paint chipped off walls, door handles broke). The location couldn’t be better and checkin and out was simple.

Perfect Place & Location

Do not hesitate to book! Very spacious condo, underground parking spot was wonderful, location is across the street from the ski mountain & no need to use your car to walk around town for shopping or restaurants! Also, the private hot tub was AMAZING! Definitely would book again!

Great stay.

Everything was good and as expected. Great location. A little noisy at night and with no air had to leave windows open. Friday and Saturday night were the most noticeable. The rest of the days the noise was light and no big deal. Loved the hot tub! Really enjoyed our stay.

Good location, but poorly maintained.

Nice property with and excellent location and view of Breckenridge, but poorly maintained unit. Lock and door handle broken to porch, microwave comes on whenever door is open, aerator missing from sink, entry keys failing routinely for our unit and our friends on second floor, neither humidifier worked, and the elevator was broken on the day we moved out so we carried our luggage and trash down five flights of stairs to garage. Overall, the location was great, bit I would prefer a much better maintained unit for the money spent.

Great place to stay. Location was walking distance from everywhere in the town. The hot tub was awesome, especially after a day of skiing. Only thing that would have been nice would have been coffee and condiments to cook with. Overall great stay for our first time in Breckinridge!

Best location in Breck!

We had a lovely stay at this comfortable condo! The views from inside and the private deck/hot tub are stunning! Walking distance to everything you need in Breck. The management company was fantastic. We will book again!

Great location! Loved the hot tub!!

Location, location, location!! A short walk to Main Street and the gondola makes this a great location. Condo is clean, well appointed and comfortable. The hot tub is awesome!! Would absolutely stay again. Opportunity: check in requires a stop at the rental office to pick up key cards. Keycards are easily demagnetized, requiring a trip back to the office for new keycards.

Great location!

This condo is in the heart of Breck - right where you want to be with a beautiful view of the ski hill. The private hot tub on the deck was amazing and the condo was roomy. The unit is starting to show its age and the carpet was pretty worn and dirty throughout. Getting my large SUV into the parking garage was a stress as it is very narrow and steep!

We loved the Park Ave lofts close to everything in town plus easy to catch the chair at base of 9, our unit 301 on the 3rd floor had a hot tub on the balcony with a picture perfect view of the ski mountain. We will defiantly find the time to visit it again

Great Location to Slopes, Views , Clean!

We really enjoyed our stay with Great Western Lodging at 301 Park Ave. Lofts. The unit is spacious for 2 couples. Very close to lifts, rentals are downstairs in the building with complimentary valet, and perfect location to walk to main street for dinner or shopping! James, our maintenance man was also wonderful! He helped up with everything we needed from the hot tub, extra towels, and laundry detergent! Thank you!
