This Cedars two-bedroom plus den townhome, hosted by Great Western Lodging, boasts a coveted “front row” location at the base of Peak 9, just steps from the Quicksilver Chairlift for effortless access to the slopes. Recently refurbished with beautiful hardwood flooring throughout the living and dining areas, the home blends mountain charm with modern comfort. The inviting living room features a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of space to relax after a day of skiing or exploring Breckenridge. Both bedrooms include their own gas fireplaces and flat-screen TVs, creating warm and private retreats for guests. A sunny deck and a smaller private deck off the primary bedroom provide perfect spots to enjoy fresh mountain air and scenic surroundings. Additional conveniences such as in-unit Wi-Fi, a private washer and dryer, and a bonus sleeping area in the lower-level den make this townhome ideal for families or small groups.

Guests staying at The Cedars enjoy access to the Upper Village outdoor heated pool and hot tubs located approximately 150 yards away, providing a relaxing place to unwind after a day on the mountain.

Located at the base of Peak 9, this townhome places you within walking distance of Breckenridge’s ski lifts, restaurants, shops, and the vibrant Main Street area. The townhome includes a small one-car garage (approximately 19' deep by 7' wide). Mid-sized SUVs such as an Explorer may fit, but full-size SUVs or trucks such as Suburban, Yukon, Expedition, or similar will not fit.

Please note-There is no elevator access-multiple flights of stairs may be required outside and within the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Perfect ski in/out location

The townhouse was just right for our family - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable living space & efficient kitchen/dining set-up. Best of all was being right on the slopes, which made the whole adventure less stressful and much more enjoyable! We’ll be back!

Nice property in great location

Can’t beat the ski on/off location, you won’t be disappointed. Place was well furnished and everything worked as designed. Technology could use an upgrade - keyless entry and better temp controls being the main requests. Loved our week in Breckenridge and would rent again!

MLK weekend

We very much enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The ease and efficiency with the rental process(booking, checkin, communication, and checkout) was super. We loved the condo and especially the location to town and ski slopes. Sadly the hot tub was full of ice when we arrived. After 5 days it was time for us to leave and we never got to enjoy the private hot tub we specifically booked this unit for.

Hard to beat this location!

Property was clean, right on the slopes and felt like the perfect warm mountain cabin. Garage is small and could fit our Lexus RX but would not fit our 4Runner. Not a problem if an outside guest spot is open, otherwise you have to park at an overnight lot in town. The fireplaces in each room were fantastic!! I would have preferred no contact/ keyless access instead having to go to the management company office but it was not too bad and just a few minutes from the property.

5 women stayed for a 5 day midweek getaway from the Polar Vortex back home! We took the Epic Shuttle from DEN airport, they dropped us off at our door AFTER stopping by the Great Western Lodging Office to pick up our keys after hours (I wish they had keyless entry/lockbox on the townhouse). The townhouse has 4 levels, 5 if you count the attached garage. There are 2 king bed bedrooms w/attached bathrooms on the top level and a den/bedroom on the lower level with bunk beds. Add’l full bath off of the kitchen. The beds are comfortable, the front king more than the other. There was ample supplies (toilet paper, paper towels etc.) and if we needed something they were quick to drop it by. The kitchen looked like it was stocked with whatever you would need to cook. WE did not cook! We rented our skis from Door2Door ski rental. They dropped them off and fitted us at the townhouse, on our last day they picked them up! Black Tie is another great company that does the same thing. The townhouse is located right next to the Quicksilver lift, we walked out the front door and walk 30 yds, pop your skis on and you’re off skiing!! One lift away from Peak 10 (blacks), Peak 9 and Peak 8. There is a ski closet by the front door that locks...no hauling skis in and out of the townhouse. We were able to walk 2 blks to downtown to eat, shop, see the International Snow Sculptures. The local grocery store is 5 blks or so away. A couple to do’s...have dinner at Twist, end your day of skiing or have lunch at TenMile Station on the ski hill at the top of the Quicksilver lift. If it’s a warm sunny day sit out on the patio with a beverage. It’s an easy green run back down to the townhouse!

Beautiful townhome, walk to lifts and town. Garage was too small for our SUV, so we needed to park outside, but there was a spot very close (not sure if that would always be the case in peak season).

Mediocre condo in convenient ski in/out location

Basic generic condo stuck in the 80's with ski in/out convenience. Furnishings and lighting are outdated and dreary, bulky mountain heavy wood beige decor. Living room is on ground floor, feels like a basement. Decent well-equipped kitchen. Bedrooms on 2nd floor are fine. Balcony off prime bedroom not shoveled so it's not an asset. Great ski locker and walk 2 minutes to the Lift.

Great Ski Getaway

This was a last minute trip to the mountains to get some mid-week skiing. The property was ready when we arrived and we greatly appreciated the early check in. I was located right at the base of Peak 9, only a few steps from the lift. The location could not have been better. The unit itself was clean, cozy and the beds were remarkably comfortable. Adjusting the heat with the fireplaces took a little tweaking but we figured the right setting quickly enough. Overall, it's an excellent property in a perfect location. Thank you.

LOVED IT!!

Really enjoyed this place! Location was wonderful- truly ski in ski out. Right next to the run that leads down to the big lift.(Quicksilver of Peak 9). Just walk out you door, across a little bridge and start skiing! Fireplaces in living room and both bedrooms controlled by a thermostat. And if we wanted a little cooler, we just opened a window or 2. Bedrooms were spacious and had nice en suite bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. Had a garage but it was very small and our SUV would not fit. The only problem we had was we parked in a parking space right across from our garage and we got parking tickets 2 night of our stay. We had the parking permit displayed on our dash and we had to make alot of phone calls to get them cancelled. Otherwise though-we loved Breckenridge and our time there!

Great location!

Our condo was close to town center with a short walk. Also close to a great hiking trial. Very quiet and nice with the little stream out front. Very relaxing! We drove both days to destination hikes...Breckinridge had a few too many people for our liking. Great stay!

A ski lift is just outside the door, and downtown is a short walk away. There is also a shuttle a few steps away for cold nights. The kitchen has everything you'll need for meals, and the hot tub is very close. Would highly recommend!

This property is absolutely in the best location in Breckenridge. The slopes are 30 yards out of the back door. It's classified as a two bedroom but set up as a three bedroom. The only issue we had was the downstairs TV was broken. Perfect for 2 families with kids.
