The spacious primary suite includes a king-sized bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds—ideal for families or groups. With two full bathrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, the condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Parking is charged per day per vehicle If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night, 4/1/2026-11/30/2026. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

The location was great! The room was nice and clean and well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The dishwasher was broken but that was communicated prior to our arrival and was not a problem for us.
Yes. Ski slopes were easily accessible However, the condo was not clean (carpets etc), heat vents and other things were partially broken. Unit was very hot upstairs even with the air off. Couches looked dated and not very clean. Very limited amenities for shower etc. As we walked through the corridors, we smelled marijuana daily. And with the price of the condo, we had to pay extra to park our vehicles. Overall not the best mountain experience. And we stay in the mountains multiple times each year. We will not be staying at this location in the future. With some updates, this could have been a great location and condo experience.
