Peak 9 lifts are a ten-minute walk. Breckenridge Ski Resort covers 2,908 skiable acres across Peaks 7, 8, 9, and 10. The Imperial Express SuperChair at 12,840 feet is the highest chairlift in North America. All part of the Epic Pass — a full winter of terrain from your front door.

THE LOCATION
Blue Sky Resort sits at the base of Peak 9 with the gondola across the street. Main Street Breckenridge — restaurants, breweries, ski shops, the Riverwalk Center — is a ten-minute walk. The free BreckFree town shuttle stops nearby. Country Boy Mine, the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and the Breckenridge Nordic Center are all a few minutes away. Ullr Fest hits in January and the International Snow Sculpture Championships run late-January into early February — both walkable from the door.

Entry is via keypad — your personal access code arrives through the Gilson guest portal before you arrive. No lockbox, no lobby line, no key-card queue after a long travel day. One dedicated parking space at Blue Sky Resort is included, plus full access to the resort's heated pool, spa, and fitness center.

MANAGEMENT
This penthouse is professionally managed by Gilson Property Group — a professional hospitality team, not an individual host. We give guests their space; if you need us, we are reachable through the listing messenger and respond fast.

BEFORE YOU BOOK — WINTER NOTES
Primary renter must be 25 or older. $250 refundable security deposit collected prior to arrival — or non-refundable Damage Waiver during pre-arrival verification. No pets. One dedicated parking space at Blue Sky Resort. 4WD or AWD strongly recommended December through April. Breckenridge sits at approximately 9,600 feet — hydrate on day one. Ski-in/ski-out on the Four O'Clock; gondola across the street; Main Street a ten-minute walk.
