AMENITIES – There are three bedrooms including a master king bedroom, two queen bedrooms with additional sleeping space in the den. The main level area is a great space for your group to gather for meals and entertainment. Cozy up in front of the fireplace to relax with a good book, watch a movie on the flat screen TV or enjoy music on the Sonos audio system. There are multiple decks so you won't want to miss taking in the breathtaking mountain views, soaking in the outdoor hot tub or grilling up dinner to enjoy with friends and family.

Great Place For Our Ski Trip

We stayed her during the first week of January. The property is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, maintained. We enjoyed our time. Also, I had worried about the ski shuttle before arriving. It is a piece of cake. There is an app to monitor shuttle timings. The stop is less than a 10 minute walk.It snowed while we were there. The snow was cleared within a few hours.

The property was clean and very nice. The staff at Pinnacle were very nice and responsive. The coffee maker didn't work and they were fast to replace it the next day. What I did find disappointing was the hot tub. One of the main reasons we chose that property. The water was cloudy right from the start. The bromine dispenser was practically empty when we got there. Between my wife and I we made 4 phone calls or texts to Pinnacle to get a Hot Tube service man to the property, we also sent pictures to them. I also told them it was low on water. I have no doubt that Pinnacle made the calls to whomever services the Hot Tub. Needless to say, they never showed up, the water remained low and very cloudy. I would suggest to the owner that they find a better pool company to service their Hot Tub. Very disappointing !

Family ski vacation

Wonderful views, comfortable spacious 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath house allowed everyone to spread out and congregate for family times. Hot tub great after skiing/snowboarding all day. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk uphill for ski/town shuttle. Down to house not too bad but a little of a challenge walking uphill to shuttle with skis - snowboard not bad. Radiant heat a little of challenge moderating - especially downstairs - downstairs peep slept with windows open. Overall a great stay. We would definitely rent again.

Quiet, peaceful and the view

This was our second time to stay at the property and we really enjoyed it again. The location is serene and peaceful. It's close to the Baldy trailhead as well as easy driving distance to Breck. Highly recommend the property for those who want to relax.

We had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The property was centrally located to all of the activities we did- hiking, fly fishing, and kayaking. We ate the majority of our meals at the property. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely return for another stay.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This townhouse was perfectly located close to the base for skiing, the town for shopping, and on the mountain for views. It is connected to another house, but I never saw anyone coming or going. The house itself was a beautiful, comfortable place that fit my family perfectly. Check in and check out were very simple. Communication was great too, as I always got a quick response. I highly recommend staying here.

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars was the parking situation, with the amount of people it can sleep I would like to see more than 2 parking spots. Besides the parking, the place and communication between the management company was awseome. One of the best views to wake up to ever! Overall would recommend.

Better than the listing!

My family and I were very happy with our stay. The communication was great with the point of contact. They continuously checked in on us and even gave us suggestions, such as www.uncovercolorado.com to find your way around. The home is a 3-story home with 2 bedrooms on the lower level (queen beds), 3 bedrooms on the middle level and the main level for the common areas (kitchen, living rm). The hot tub was amazing and it fit 6 ppl comfortably. Important: remove your jewelry as they will tarnish also it bleaches some cottons. The hosts left humidifiers in the house, if your sinuses become dry this is a lifesaver. The home/floors are heated via radiant heat and it takes 4-6 hrs to heat to the desired temperature. When we got there the temp was set perfectly but if you adjust it just keep that in mind. We picked up 2 cans of oxygen in Denver for $8 and those helped tremendously. We are from Texas so it took us a little longer to adjust to the altitude. Overall we had a blast and would highly recommend this home!!

I wanted a nice view...

And I got it. The deck overlooks the south end of the Ten Mile Range. The house is well equipped with what we needed and had plenty of space for all of us. A nice bonus was being just down hi from the Baldy Trailhead.

Such a wonderful place!

We started our most recent stay in Breckinridge at a different house and hated it. We rented this home at the last minute. What a lovely place! The location is amazing: 10 minutes from Main Street and the gondola but a world away. Incredible views from the windows and back deck. Wonderful hot tub. The house is tastefully decorated and modern. Rooms are large, esp the master which is immense with a luxurious bathroom. The house could easily accommodate two families given the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, layout, Full size laundry room and amenities. This home has it all!
