Set at the base of Peak 7, these luxurious condominiums are located right next to the BreckConnect Gondola and Independence SuperChair to get you to the slopes or into town quickly (The gondola is closed May - Mid June).

CRYSTAL PEAK LODGE RESORT AMENITIES: With an outdoor plaza with a fireplace, fitness facility, steam room and outdoor hot tubs, there is plenty to keep you and your group occupied. More added perks are the private ski lockers, underground heated parking and free in-town shuttle service.

ONE SKI HILL PLACE RESORT AMENITIES: Being a guest at Crystal Peak also gives you access to One Ski Hill Place, which includes the resort's swimming pool, fitness center, bowling alley, restaurants and aprĂšs ski bar. Excellent location. Amenities were down including steam room, spa for few days and no hot water for one evening - NYE- so freezing showers- after day on mountain. Not ideal. Would have been great to have more room keys since holds 8 people but only 4 keys- of which only 3 worked. For older kids going their own way. We struggled with access all week, and juggling keys.

Beautiful, clean, safe. Convenient parking in basement garage. Steps to the Station 7 lift. Rented our skis in the same building; stored them in the locker room next door. Very convenient. Snow was amazing!

Beware of summer in this unit

This unit gets exceedingly hott. There is no air conditioning and the thermostat consistently ready in the high 70s to low 80s. When I contacted management they simply said “the building runs hot in the summer.” That would be nice to know in the listing. Even though the temperature outside ranged from mid 40s at night to low 70s during the day and even with every window open and all the fans blasting, the unit would not cool down! It was like an oven. Additionally, there is clearly a mouse problem at the building. While I never saw a mouse in the unit, every morning I had to sweep off the balcony as there were 100s of mouse poop on the ground. There was also mouse traps throughout the garage so management is definitely aware of the issue. Breckenridge the town is great and the unit set up was nice but I would never stay here again for the reasons listed above.

Stayed with family of 2 kids and in laws, and the condo met our needs exceedingly well. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were spacious and luxurious and the view was great. The condo is located close to Main Street and one has decent number of delivery options.

A wonderfully enjoyable condo and location. The facilities were very nice. One minor maintenance issue and it was taken care of promptly. Not meant to be a criticism of the owner, but buyer should beware that all facility amenities are closed due to the pandemic. Great place to stay and highly recommended!

Wonderful condo for the family!

Very nicely appointed condo in a great location at the base of Peak 7! Super convenient with for skiing with Independence Super chair Lift and Gondola right outside the condo. Nice workout facilities, hot tub and sauna a short elevator ride away. You couldn’t find a nicer place to stay!
