If you are looking for a convenient downtown Breckenridge location, then Chalet Anna is it! Located just 4 blocks from Main street in the Historic district of Breckenridge, Chalet Anna is the perfect place for those who want great views of the mountains and a short walk to Main St and town buses to access to access the ski area. In summer, our fenced grassed yard provides a fun base for a family vacation.

Our home has been fully remodeled to high standards with lovely furniture, gourmet kitchen and upscale linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances that you will need. On the back deck is a gas grill so that you can BBQ with a wonderful vista of the 10 Mile Range. Enjoy the fenced /grassed back yard in summer.

For those who prefer cozy surroundings, this Victorian style home will please. Situated on three levels, there is plenty of living space in this 2700 sq ft home.

The home has 2 decks and 2 balconies to allow you to relax and take in all the beauty of Summit County. The main deck leads off the dining room and kitchen and features Adirondack chairs, table / umbrella / 4 chairs, grill and hot tub. The front deck is covered and has a couple of rocking chairs and a porch swing bench to enjoy the morning sun whilst having your coffee. Both the master bedrooms have a balcony.

We have endeavored to make your stay at Chalet Anna as comfortable as possible and our amenities make all the difference. Sleep comfortably under our European style duvets; all the bathrooms have lovely plush towels and luxury Molton Brown toiletries. Separate hot tub towels provided. Need to stay in touch - easy with our high speed wireless internet access.

Not only does the home have a large flat screen TV in the living room, there is also a second living room downstairs with a wet bar and huge TV. The perfect spot for kids to play when the parents want to have so chill out time upstairs. All bedrooms have a ROKU / streaming TV.

SKI AREA ACCESS:

If you are bringing a car, then the various base areas have 15 minute drop off places - if someone wants to drive - then either pay to park or return to the house and take the free shuttle to a base area.

Many guests arrive by shuttle / do not have a car in winter. The house is on High Street, on the west side of the street. We have a back gate, so suggest to leave through the back door into the alley behind the house - this is half a block from Ridge Street, 1.5 blocks from French St.

During the 2025 the Purple Route is running along French and Ridge to the base of the gondola for Peaks 7 and 8 - there is also an option to walk a little further to French / Adams to access the bus to the ice rink and Peak 9/ Beaver run. (Subject to change)

I highly recommend staying at this wonderful house. Everything about the place was as advertised, and honestly exceeded our expectations. Quiet street, and a short walk to the Main Street’s restaurants and shops, and ski lifts. Fantastic views of the mountains. Decks and hot tub in great shape. The place felt like home away from home. The owner Amanda was fantastic. Communication before arrival, and during our stay was excellent. She responded immediately and resolved a couple of minor issues without interrupting our stay. We will rent this wonderful house on our next visit!

Beautiful property and the access to downtown Breckinridge was fantastic! The backyard is beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while enjoying the mountain views. The kitchen was also fully stocked with all the things needed to cook. Only down side; It was a little warmer in Breck the week we were there and we did get hot in the evening. Box fans are provided in every room, but it was still very stuffy. Despite this, we would definitely stay here again. Amanda was great to work with!

Home away from home!

This house has everything you need and feels as comfortable as your own. Ideal for our two families of four with two masters upstairs and the kids in the basement with their own living area and bathroom. It would be great for several adult couples with no kiddos too. Main floor with kitchen, living, dining and restroom make it easy to have people awake at different times without waking others. Kitchen has everything you could need for meals at home, coffee pots, kettle, toaster oven, plenty of pan options, enough dishes/silverware for large groups, two dishwashers. Box fans and humidifiers in each bedroom. Deck has amazing views! Fenced backyard for the kids to safely play outside! Walkability to Main St, parks, hiking and ice skating rink with kids is super easy! Amanda and James are so kind, helpful and quick to respond when we reached out. This is our fourth stay in Breckenridge and this home is our number one pick!

Amanda was an amazing host and the home is beautiful. It is well maintained and clean, with very comfortable beds and fluffy towels (a bonus when traveling for sure). Amanda was incredibly responsive and took good care of us while we were there. It snowed almost every day and she was out there shoveling the inches and inches of snow multiple times throughout the week. I also noticed many little touches, such as smart plugs by the beds, humidifiers in the rooms, and a well appointed kitchen with appliances you don't normally see in rentals. I would highly recommend her place and next time we are in breck, we will be back!

Wonderful Breckenridge Holiday

Our family, 5 adults and 3 young children, spent the week after Christmas at this ideal property. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds/bedding, spacious, and a perfect location. Communication with the hosts was a breeze, both prior to and during our stay. We had snow nightly, while there, and the area was shoveled each morning, which we appreciated. The hot tub was enjoyed following ski days. Location was great, a quiet area but an only a few blocks walk to town shops and restaurants. The only improvement might be with some of the kitchen supplies. Pots and pans were very well used and the knives were pretty pathetic. Otherwise, the kitchen was spacious, had nice appliances and was well stocked. We would definitely recommend this property and enjoyed a wonderful stay!

We had a summer family vacation reuniting here from Florida, Massachusetts and Denver. We had a great time at this property! The space worked great for the 7 of us (6 adults + 1 child).
