Parking Information: For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
Colorado Traction Law: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If youâre renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.
Important Winter Advisory: Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. This was a gorgeous property with all the amenities. We had a group of 8. Plenty of room and activities. Super close to everything. We loved the hot tub and got to see moose in the yard several of the mornings. Would definitely stay here again

The home was perfect. Situated right on the Blue River, it was a perfect place to escape the August heat in the south. It's location is convenient to town, whether by walk or by the free transit system in Breckenridge. It is located in a quiet neighborhood allowing the sound of the river to be the dominant sound in the living areas. The kitchen is well equipped. I am sure we'll be back.
Amazing location and comfortable, luxurious layout and interior. Plenty of space, light and views on a quiet street from which you can still walk to town. We loved the house and will be back! Highlights: Great showers and super comfortable beds and bedding, plus really fun games for the family :)
This house was the perfect location for a family ski trip. The location was great and we loved the cozy high-end decor. The hot tub was a great amenity after a day on the slopes. Would love to stay here again!
Once a year our family takes an annual vacation. Our 4 grown kids have their own schedules to juggle in order to make these trips happen so they are very important to us. Upon arrival, we were more than thrilled with this beautiful house and the space. However, the cleanliness was less than desirable. We had brought some cleaning supplies with us and thank goodness we did, there were only two dish towels in the entire unit, some glass cleaner and paper towels. We spent an hour wiping down counters, walls, handrailings and the kitchen floor. We ran out of our own supplies so we went to the grocery store for more. The owners of this unit, Mike and Anna have impeccable taste. The home was absolutely beautiful, perfect for all of us and in a perfect location to Breck. But I am sure they would be very disappointed with the property management and lack of cleanliness provided.
This was the perfect place for friends to hangout, cook homemade meals, laugh, cry and enjoy the quiet and peaceful beauty of the mountains. The river flowing outside the condo was so soothing for the soul.
This home exceeded our expectations. The sound of the river while sitting on the deck was a highlight. The furniture was beautiful, the home was very clean, and attention was paid to the details. Our kids found games and toys in some of the drawers which is always appreciated when traveling with kids. The layout worked so well for our family, and the location was awesome. I would stay here again.
