Welcome to Motherlode A5 – Your Ultimate Breckenridge Getaway!

This beautifully modern 1,000 sq. ft. condo offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. Located just a short walk from Peak 9, the Quicksilver lift, and Breckenridge’s vibrant downtown shops, restaurants, and bars, it’s an ideal spot for both winter and summer adventures. The condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, providing plenty of space for your entire family or group.

Upon entry, you’re greeted by the spacious living room, beautifully decorated with cozy furnishings and a gas fireplace. Relax on the comfy couch and enjoy the ambiance of a crackling fire while watching the snow fall outside. Adjacent to the living area is the dining table, seating six, where you can gather for home-cooked meals prepared in the fully remodeled kitchen. Just beyond the dining area, step outside to your private, covered balcony and take in the fresh mountain air.

The master bedroom is a cozy retreat with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs and offer ample clothing storage. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy the resort-style amenities that come with your stay, including multiple hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. The condo also offers free parking for 1 vehicle and nearby ski shuttle pick-up, ensuring easy access to the slopes.

Great location. Perfect for our family of 4. Minutes walk to downtown, and a dreamy oasis after a long day of hiking adventures. Updated amenities made for a familiar and comfortable atmosphere. A true home away from home feel with the added benefit of mountain vibes.

Great location and property, but very loud

This was a great location and very close to several restaurants and hikes. They had everything we needed and the place was relatively clean. We loved the heated flooring in the bathrooms and the waterfall shower. The first night was perfect, but as other guests started to arrive, we realized how thin the walls and floors/ceilings were. The people staying above us were incredibly loud and the last two nights we were woken up several times throughout the night by dogs and individuals walking and stomping around. It was so loud that it sounded like people were inside our VRBO with us, which was unsettling. If it weren’t for that, would have definitely stayed again in the future.

Spring Break with Kids in Breck

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Breckenridge. It is a really comfortable space and convenient location. The kids loved the bunk room and the pool/hot tub, and it was nice to have our own space in the separate primary bedroom. The kitchen is was functional - we ate breakfast there everyday and made two dinners easily. The only downside is that there doesn't seem too be much noise insulation between this condo and the floor above. It wasn't an issue during the week, but on Friday night the upstairs neighbors had people over and it was noisy.

Great spot for a ski trip

The condo was very nice and modern. Our group really enjoyed the short walk to the chairlift, restaurants and bars, and the hot tubs after long days on the slopes. The property manager was also very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay for a ski trip in Breck. Plenty of room for adults and ski lockers and balcony were an amazing amenity to the stay. Place was easy to access and a short walk to the lift. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was nicely decorated and fully stocked only complaints are that you can hear every step the upstairs neighbors took and it took building management 5 days to come look at the water leak coming from the ceiling.

Amazing location to the slopes and town

The location is amazing - ski in / ski out without the cost. And a very short walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Best of both worlds. And for a family with up to 4 kids - this two bedroom is perfect with the two bunk sets in the second bedroom. Will book again!!!

Great apartment in Breckenridge

This place was perfect for our weeklong stay in Breckenridge. It’s a short walk from town and everything you need. The place is clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. The pool and hot tub area was a perfect end to a day of taking in all the activities in the area.

Week in Breck with family of 5

Location was amazing! Pool and hot tub were great! Kitchen had everything you need and primary shower was luxurious! On the down side, you hear EVERYTHING from the upstairs neighbors. Very annoying to hear even footsteps, major problem in the living area but can hear from bedrooms. Dryer doesn’t work. No dresser in primary bedroom.

Stay in Breckinridge

Property was really nice and had great access to the downtown area as well as mountain trails and ski access (no skiing in July). Unfortunately, the tenants above us were extremely loud and were nocturnal. They made noise from about 10 pm to 1 or 2AM each night we were there. One early morning around 3am, the living room was filled with the scent of marijuana. We understand its legal there, but we don't have to like it. The property was great, but I would likely not stay here again given the amount of noise and smoke smell that came from the tenant above.
