Located just a short walk from Peak 9, the Quicksilver lift, and Breckenridge’s vibrant downtown shops, restaurants, and bars, it’s an ideal spot for both winter and summer adventures. The condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, providing plenty of space for your entire family or group.

Upon entry, you’re greeted by the spacious living room, beautifully decorated with cozy furnishings and a gas fireplace. Relax on the comfy couch and enjoy the ambiance of a crackling fire while watching the snow fall outside. Adjacent to the living area is the dining table, seating six, where you can gather for home-cooked meals prepared in the fully remodeled kitchen. Just beyond the dining area, step outside to your private, covered balcony and take in the fresh mountain air.

The master bedroom is a cozy retreat with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs and offer ample clothing storage. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
