This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath charming single family home in the heart of Breckenridge is just a quick 2 blocks from the shopping and dining of Main Street, is situated on a quiet residential block, and boasts lovely mountain views and the worlds most beautiful gardens! This home sleeps up to 12 guests and offers a charming, clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay during your time in Breckenridge. Perfect for a family or families traveling together.



The Space:

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1 - Breck Bordeaux Chambre: (sleeps 2 upper level) King-size bed, Ensuite bath; Bedroom 2 - La Petite Lavender Chambre: (sleeps 2 upper level) King-size bed, Shared bath with Chambre des Enfants ; Bedroom 3 - Chambre des Enfants: (sleeps 4 upper level) Two sets of twin bunks, shared bath with La Petite Lavendar Chambre; Bedroom 4 - (sleeps 2 main level); Queen size bed with adjacent full bath; Additional Sleeping: Landing area - Double sleeper sofa (sleeps 2, upper level).



The Neighborhood:

This is one of the BEST locations in Breckenridge! Located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, this home is just steps away from the all that Breckenridge has to offer. This home is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. Walk two blocks to Main Street or take the free bus anywhere in town from the stop just outside the home. This house is located right across the street from the Breckenridge Ice Rink and the Trollstigen Trail which is where Isak Hearthstone (a 15-foot tall wooden troll sculpture) is located. Parking - 2 cars in the garage and two outside of the garage.



Getting Around:

This home is located in the heart of Breckenridge! Walk anywhere in town or to the Quicksilver lift. Alternatively, with the Breck Free Ride bus stop just out the door, hop on the shuttle to get anywhere in a couple of minutes. A car is not needed as it is in the heart of town and walkable to everything in Breckenridge. The Quicksilver lift accessing Peak 9 is just a 7 minute walk from the house. Two minutes away you will find a shuttle stop with a bus which will take you to any base area (base 7, 8, or 9) or anywhere in town.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Our crew of 9 found Foxtail Gardens to be the most perfect place to stay while skiing at Breck. The free shuttle stops feet away from the house, making it fast and convenient to get to Quicksilver base area. There was also easy walking access to downtown for aprés and shopping.The house was well appointed, beds were comfy, and we loved the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The manager was quick to respond and even sent maintenance to check on the hot tub during our stay. The value for the house was awesome, and we would definitely stay again if we return to Breck!

It was great for our family, we even had professional pictures taken in the lovely gardens on the property. The home is spacious and great areas for conversations, just hanging out and quiet spaces as well. We enjoyed the hot tub and great evenings around the firepit!

Wonderful House/ Great Location!

House was in a perfect location for the mountain, specifically Peak 9! The house was well laid out, plenty of space and there was team to clear the sidewalks and driveway to make trekking through the snow more bearable. The house was fully stocked with all the plates/cups etc one could need and made cooking each day a breeze. We would 100% stay here again!

Winter Trip

The home was so cozy! We loved the hot tub and the cozy living room. Definitely worth the stay. There’s lots of signs around the home that gives you directions on how to operate some stuff in the home. I had to reach out to the owner and she responded in a timely manner and was very polite.

Great Location

While researching places to stay in Breckenridge, Foxtail Gardens kept coming to the forefront. I wasn't entirely certain of the precise location of everything we wanted to do, but this property is in the center of everything. 10 min walk to downtown, the bus to Beaver Run is right across the driveway, and a sledding hill for the kids was a 10 min walk away. The house has everything we needed, the property manager was very responsive, we had a wonderful vacation in Breckenridge.

The home was immaculate! Everything you need! Fully stocked kitchen with numerous appliances, plates, drink ware. Bathrooms were stocked as well! Absolutely loved! Easy walk to town and pick up for the slopes right outside driveway! We would love to come back!

Everyone loved the house

My group was about half of a women’s hockey team. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about the house. The location is fantastic, walking distance to everything, but also right by the rink trolley stop if people prefer that. The house has several large gathering areas. Plenty of clean linens were provided, as well as detergent to launder our hockey clothes. The kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely be staying here again.

Clean, comfortable, great location

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was in a quiet neighborhood with great access to town and the mountain. There are bus stops right by the house. We used the trolley and pink bus to get us back and forth multiple times a day. The house was very clean when we arrived. We all enjoyed the hot tub after long days of skiing. The property manager responded quickly if we needed anything. We had a group of 10 and would recommend this home for your Breck stay.

Short walking distance to town and across from railroad park/troll hike

I first want to thank the property manager who was prompt, courteous, and very helpful when I had to call her on a holiday. It was reassuring to know there was someone to help us. The property was the best I have had for a rental with regards to basically everything: location, cleanliness, home design, wi-fi, cable, etc. I have nothing but praise for the manager and the house. We are appreciative to the owners and highly recommend this rental.

Great location!!

Our family had an early holiday stay with 6 adults and respective families. There was plenty of room for all of us
the “littles” especially loved the bunk room. We loved the fireplace in the master suite. The home was clean, well stocked (could have had a couple of spatulas), nicely laid out. I loved all of the glass art displays! Just a couple of notes
in the downstairs bathroom, the toilet seat doesn’t stay up; men beware!! The upstairs guest bedroom bed seemed to have been broken, sinking on one side. All in all a wonderful home!!

Great house for getting family together

This house had everything we needed to get kids and grandkids together for a family vacation. The location was within walking distance of downtown but if you want to use the free public transportation, the trolley stops right in front of the house next door. Enjoyed the garden from the patio - it is gorgeous! The kitchen was very well equipped. These are minor inconveniences, but we deducted a star because of the location and the bathroom showers. The house is at the corner of Boreas Pass and French St, so there is a moderate amount of traffic noise, but it didn't bother us. The bathoom showers were less than ideal: the master shower contains only a rainhead fixture which has minimal pressure, the second shower was draining slowly, and the downstairs shower needs something to keep the water from flowing out onto the floor.
