You absolutely cannot beat the location! Literally a one minute walk to QuickSilver lift across the street at base of Peak 9 (Maggie Pond) and steps to Main Street, Historic Downtown Breckenridge! Far, Far better than ski in/ski out. You absolutely do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to lift, restaurants, bars/Pubs, clubs, shops, etc.!

The complex has common/shared Hot-Tub Jacuzzi, Laundry Facilities, Free Heated Garage Parking. It is not only steps to all restaurants, shops, pubs, etc., but is also steps to the lift, which is right across the street, less than a minute walk!. There are also two equipment rental shops ground floor. They provide skis and board rentals in winter and bicycle rentals in summer.
