Our house is a beautifully modern mountain home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We completely remodeled it and every room boasts custom design and new fixtures. It's on a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential neighborhood on Peak 7 in Breckenridge, with the National Forest at the end of the street. The house is on a half-acre lot surrounded by mature pine trees, some aspen and spruce trees with a large deck and fenced yard. The house has double height cathedral ceilings in the living room and vaulted ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms, creating wonderfully light peaceful spaces. We have a garage to park one car and then a further two cars can fit in the driveway, if needed.

A modern, custom interior design with high vaulted ceilings, the house is luxuriously appointed with all you could need to feel at home. The main level features a living room with a chic gas fireplace and seating area with a flat panel TV and a dining table to seat six to eight. The full gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances with granite countertops for the times you want to prepare a home-cooked meal. In the summer months you can fire up the barbecue grill on the deck and relax in comfortable lounge chairs looking out over the mountain view. Just off the living room is the third bathroom with custom shower, along with the third bedroom with queen bed.

The master suite is on the second floor which features a well-appointed bedroom with king bed, an expansive bathroom with separate toilet, a walk-in twin shower, an oversize soaking tub and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is also on the second floor with vaulted ceilings and a view of the ten mile range. There is high speed 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi internet throughout the property. The TV is paired with a 5.1 surround system and has Roku streaming service so you can access your Netflix, Hulu and other steaming accounts.

We have hiking and biking trails a short walk from the house with access to the National Forest trails. Main Street Breckenridge and the ski slopes in the winter are both a short drive from the house. On Main Street you will find some great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Ten minutes drive away is the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed Breckenridge Golf Course which turns into a nordic ski center in the winter. Then fifteen minutes drive away is the town of Frisco, with access to Lake Dillon and five minutes on around the lake is the town of Silverthorne where you'll find shopping outlets, a multiplex cinema and some of the larger stores as well as a farmer's market in the summer.

The house is also perfectly located for the other regional ski areas of Keystone (25 mins), Arapaho Basin (30 mins), Copper Mountain (30 mins), Vail (45 mins) and Beaver Creek (1 hr).

Summit County provides COVID-19 advice, guidance and an explanation of the laws and restrictions applying to short-term rental guests on their website https://www.summitcountyco.gov/services/community_development/short_term_rentals/index.php. Furthermore, we encourage all our guests to purchase trip cancellation insurance in the event of a COVID-induced cancellation of your rental. The house has a Ring video doorbell located by the front door for security. The Summit County Short-Term Rental License number for the property is BCA-71642.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and the beautiful mountain setting with easy access. The home is very pet friendly and our dogs had a wonderful time in the backyard. Looking for a home to relax in, quiet evenings, safe for pets. Everything was great, no complaints. It is a perfect rental home! Only item we didn't really like is the dirt in the garage. Great mountain home!

From booking to check-in and check-out, Simon was amazing as a host. Tiny issue with the door code at check-in, but he replied to my message immediately and took care of it for us. The home was well placed and the hot tub was perfect as well! If you are heading there during snowy months, do not ignore the notes about having a 4x4 vehicle as the roads heading up through the neighborhood are winding and will get snow covered quickly! Would highly recommend his place!

My wife and in-laws stayed her for a ski vacation over two weeks in late Feb/early March. The house is great and in a perfect location if you're looking to ski at Breck or explore the surrounding National Forest. There is a trailhead off Brook Street (one street over, just a couple minutes from the front door) that will take you into the National Forest, where you can access Nordic Center cross-country ski trails or the Peaks Trail, which runs from Peak 7 to Frisco (you can ski/snowshoe it in the winter and bike it in the summer).The ski resort itself is a 7-8 minute drive down Ski Hill Road. You can reserve a spot in the Stables Lot (across from Peak 8), but it's like 50-60 for the day. Better option is to drive down into town (about 12 minutes), park at the South Gondola Lot (20-30, IIRC), and take the gondola up to the slopes. I know it seems a little weird to go down the mountain just to take the gondola back up, but it's absolutely worth it. When you're done for the day, you can take the 4 o'clock run from Peak 8 all the way back into town, which is a lot of fun.The house itself is very cozy, well-kept and appointed, and has plenty of room for a party of 6. Highly recommend this place if you have the opportunity.

Christmas at Breck

Great stay here with my family! We love skiing at Breck and hiking the surrounding trails.Easy access to Peak 8 Gondola but this requires drop off or parking as there is not a shuttle on Pine Circle side of the mountain.The house was a perfect accommodation for us. We like to gather for a family meal and board games after a day of skiing. Excellent kitchen set up and cozy living room and dining area made this a great fit. Hot tub was well enjoyed as well.

Great stay for the holidays

We were a party of 5 adults and 2 dogs and we had plenty of room to spread out. Simon, the owner, was very responsive when the electronic door lock did not work. He was able to open the garage door remotely to allow access into the house. We would stay here again if we went back to Breck.

Fall weekend getaway

Amazing experience! Our host was very nice and extremely accommodating! We were allowed to check in an hour early due to some unforeseen circumstances. The house was in great shape and everything was as described! All in all one of our best VRBO experiences. Would highly recommend this property and host!

AMAZING home!

I need to start off by saying this home was absolutely wonderful! From the open living room to chef-like kitchen, it was everything we had hoped for. Our host, Simon, had excellent communication and was quick to reply with any questions. The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and there was little to no noise which was exactly what we were looking for, yet it was only 6 mins to Main Street making it convenient for shopping/eating etc. There is a trail 1 block over which made for some amazing hiking! Each bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was super helpful for those traveling! The master had double shower heads...glorious!! The high end finishes did NOT got unnoticed!! The kitchen had plenty of spices/condiments for travelers looking to "chef it up"! The yard is fenced in and our dog absolutely loved it! The home sits on almost 1/2 an acre (I'm in real estate and looked it up - sorry!) and there was tons of space to run around! We definitely took advantage of the back yard by playing toss and chillin' on the patio furniture! Our family stayed here for 5 nights and we wished it was longer! We'll definitely be back next year! Quiet, Beautiful Mountain Cabin

We stayed at the property for a month and the house is exactly as shown and described. Host was very responsive to any questions. Fenced in back yard is great for the dog. Close to the resort and town while still feeling very quiet and remote. Also, a lot of moose! Would stay again.
