Luxurious. 5 Star Property. Walking distance to Lifts & Main Street. Hot tubs.

Located in Warriors Mark, The Lift 208 is a spacious, (2 bedroom, plus loft) luxurious condo. Exterior Stucco renovation just completed. New roof, all new exterior complex lighting. Recently renovated interior. (August, 2025) New furniture, hardwood flooring and paint throughout. Great for families! The condo is a 5 minute walk to Peak 9. (Quicksilver chairlift) It is only one block away from restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Peak 9 has a ski school located near the Quicksilver chairlift. Once you park your car, you will not need it.

There are enhanced safety measures that have been implemented since Covid 19. All surfaces, including door handles, remotes and light switches are disinfected before and after guests arrivals and departures. As always, duvet covers are washed and cleaned for every guest. (Similar to what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.)

The Lift 208 is well appointed and has a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is a gourmet cook's dream with every gadget imaginable. Spice rack, wine and Champagne glasses, etc. Grocery and pantry can be stocked before you arrive at the condo for an additional fee. Please reach out for more information.

The great room has a sectional sofa and a fireplace with sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains. The great room has a 75 inch mounted flat screen TV with home theater/surround sound. Netflix, Disney plus, HBO Max, Hulu , Apple TV are provided for your entertainment. There is a gas fireplace in the great room to warm you after that long day of skiing. There is a full sized washer/dryer in the condo. This is a most valuable commodity!
The condo boasts two master guest suites. King beds in each room have Stearns and Foster pillow top mattresses, hardwood flooring, 65 and 70 inch flatscreen mounted T.V’s, desks for working remotely.

In both bedrooms, the ceilings are vaulted with crystal chandeliers from Murano, Italy providing additional lighting. The rooms have been professionally appointed, and you can bask in the scenery from the side and back decks.

The pool complex has a heated swimming pool and four hot tubs for aprĂšs skiing. It is phenomenal! Hot tubs and pool are open daily.

No stone has been unturned in the Lift 208. You'll find you love it there as much as we do!!

The pillow top mattresses in both bedrooms are high end. (Stearns and Foster) Additionally, the Frette duvet covers house fluffy down comforters. They are changed for every guest. There are floor to ceiling silk drapes which adds to the ambiance of each room. The bathrooms are tiled with marble from Italy.
The loft has two twins and a queen bed. There is also a 50 inch flatscreen TV with Playstation 4 console in the loft for the kids entertainment.

Cheryl could not be a more responsive or attentive host! She absolutely goes out of her way to address every question and every need. Her attention to detail is second to none, and this shines through in the property. The condo is fully stocked with everything you could imagine and even items you might not think of, but so very thankful they are there.This was our second yr staying at this property, and it was so comforting to walk back in the door this year and immediately feel like you are home! We can't thank Cheryl enough for her continued graciousness, flexibility, generosity, and unwavering attention to detail!

Nice location

Was able to walk to the Quicksilver lift with my equipment and ski boots on in about 5 minutes. That may not work for everyone. My wife rented a storage box but could have also worn some shoes she didn’t care about and just left them lying around. Many people seemed to do that. Could have also left the skis at the valet. Condo was very nicely equipped and Cheryl was great with the communication Easy walk into town.

Fantastic Unit in Fantastic Location

Cheryl was accomadating and available from the moment we got there. House was exactly as described. My only advice is, while the loft is a great use of space, if anyone has different sleeping patterns, such as children, it's very difficult to sleep upstairs in the loft while others are moving/talking/watching tv below in the living room/kitchen area but only an issue as children went to bed well before the adults did. After the 2nd night we moved children to bedroom 2 (behind doors) so not to disrupt. Definitely would stay again!

Fantastic Stay

I cannot begin to say enough about our truly wonderful experience staying here! From the moment we booked Cheryl could not have been more responsive or delightful. She went above and beyond to make certain that our stay with family and friends was perfect. She was incredibly flexible with us working to accommodate our travel plans from start to finish. Understanding the effects altitude can have on your body after traveling here these last few years I asked if there were humidifiers for the bedrooms. There were not, but Cheryl wrote me back to let me know that she had gone out and bought them for us. Talk about service!From the moment we walked in we couldn't have felt more at home with all the perks of staying at a 5* hotel! We were met with a fantastic bottle of wine and a box of Godiva chocolates (it was Valentine’s Day, and we were also celebrating my husband and son’s birthdays) . There was no stone unturned, or detail missed in the condo. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need; the furniture was made to fall into, and as much as we were there to ski it was difficult to pull yourself out of one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in complete with fine linens. We were also the envy of everyone at the hot tubs and pool facility (just a short walk away) when we arrived each evening in our plush bathrobes and extra-large towels that were provided for every guest in the condo. Location was great. Quick walk to lift & town. Fantastic!

White Christmas Adventures @ The Lift

Lovely, cozy spot for our white Christmas and first trip to Breckinridge! Loved our stay at this beautiful and very, very-well provisioned condo. Host was very helpful and responsive, and her team went above and beyond to ensure our Christmas Eve groceries were stocked in the condo. Great neighborhood. So easy to walk to great shopping, great restaurants with easy access to the slopes for our skiers.Was hard to say goodbye!

Great property. Best stocked property we've experienced, from wine glasses to coffee to spices to pillows and blankets. We ran into one issue with a neighbor and our property owners responded immediately - the property management showed up within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this property and owners.

Annual Ski Trip with College Friends

This condo was very clean, comfortable and close to everything! Less than a 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift and downtown, couldn't ask for anything more location wise. The condo itself was very well appointed, clean and comfortable and Cheryl was a great host. Attentive and helpful but not overbearing, highly recommend if you're in Breck to ski or hike!

I stayed at Cheryl's place with a small group of my friends and really enjoyed this property. The location is about a 8 min walk to the Quicksilver lift and restaurants. The property is clean and the community hot tubs were fun meet others and relax after skiing all day. Cheryl was responsive with communication. I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Stay!

Cheryl was incredibly helpful and communicative and let us check in early Which made our entire weekend. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living room was a perfect place to gather. The showers had built in shampoo/conditioner/body wash built in and she even had an extra phone charger! The best part was the walk to the quick silver lift- a couple minutes through the woods. We would rebook in a heart beat. If you are renting skis/boards I recommend Breck Sports- Beaver Run.

Perfect venue for New Years Eve 2022

There were six of us on this trip - husband, wife, two children in 20's and their significant others. The home looked just like shown in the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the six of us. Everyone commented on how relaxing and beautifully furnished the home was. The kitchen was fully stocked. I made two dinners and even a birthday cake from scratch (after a text to Cheryl, the owner asking if there was an electric mixer). Cheryl got right back to me with the location of the mixer. I communicated with Cheryl on several occasions before and during the trip and she was always very responsive and helpful. She was even able to help us find a restaurant for dinner on NYE! The hot tub robes and towels were a nice touch and very helpful to have. Having never stayed in Breckenridge before, it was hard to imaging that the lift and downtown could truly be five minute walks, but they were. The location was absolutely perfect. We did have a car that we used for groceries, but nothing else. Parking was covered and access to the unit with keyless pad couldn't have been easier. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity. Thank you Cheryl. You were an amazing host!

We had a great 5 days of skiing! This property was a 5 minute walk from the slopes with option to leave skis at the Quicksilver lift. We did not take advantage of this but probably would if we stayed again. Condo is on the 3rd floor so you have to carry your ski equipment up 3 flights of steps, with adjusting to the altitude change we were a bit short of breath! Owner was very responsive when contacted about anything. Washer was HE and plenty of detergent there. Plenty of spices for cooking but wished there was garlic salt. Hot tubs in the neighborhood (very short walk) were the perfect temperature and hopping each evening! Great having 3 bathrooms for our group of 6.

Luxury condo in a convenient location

I've stayed with family & friends in numerous VRBO properties in quite a few ski towns and this property ranks among the top of the list. For this trip it was me plus my senior-in college son and three of his friends and it was the perfect place for us. All the beds were very comfortable and having three full bathrooms made for quick turnarounds from the slopes to the apres ski. We took advantage of the hot tubs at the end of each ski days and really appreciated the robes provided with the stay. The slopes are an easy walk away (hint - go between the buildings directly across from the property) and town was an equally easy walk away (hint - go through the property directly across from the end of the Snowberry Lane road). Communication with the owner was spot on and we never lacked for anything. I highly recommend this property and look forward to our return to it!
