If you are looking for gorgeous, spacious, and bright private mountain style house, look no further. With 3 fireplaces, private hot tub, 3 master suites with en-suite baths, and expansive living room, deck, and hot tub it is sure to please. Modern kitchen with granite countertops and dining area. Second living room downstairs. Two-car heated garage. Less than a mile from the historic downtown and Gondola. Great location, high-end finishes, space to relax - perfect setup for your family vacation.

Welcome to our home away from home! This is a luxury house in a high-end neighborhood in a very quiet part of Breckenridge. You can walk to Main Street or take the free ride bus to Gondola.
Sip your morning coffee on the deck. If you are lucky, you can see a moose or a fox. Or explore the French Creek Trail in your backyard. In the evening stargaze from the hot tub. Relax with your friends and family by the fireplace on the large sectional. Or kids can have the downstairs living room all to themselves. Cook a delicious meal and enjoy it at the dining table for 6. More seating is at the kitchen bar. From the living room, you can walk out on a private deck with two chairs and a table, where you can sip your morning coffee. The primary suite with a king bed is located on the main floor. The 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed are downstairs, separated by the second living room. The fourth bedroom is a flight of stairs from the main floor. There is a queen bed and twin over twin bunk bed. The top bunk bed is for a child only please.

Please no animals of any kind in the home. This is an exception to keep our son safe. He has asthma.

Main Level. This spacious and inviting home has a large living room with vaulted ceilings, cozy fireplace, and a TV. It's the perfect place to spend time with friends and family in the evening. The kitchen is furnished with modern appliances, granite countertops, and it's ready for cooking up those sweet treats that you can enjoy by the dining table. You can also step on the deck with a two chairs and a barbecue grill. Right through a hallway, you will get to the primary bedroom suite. Large bedroom with king-size bed, fireplace, TV, and ensuite bathroom with steam shower and soaking tub. In the hallway, you will find a half bathroom and washer and dryer.

Top Level. Just a few steps up from the main level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The top bunk bed is for a child only please.

Lower lever. The lower level of the home features a second family room with the third fireplace and two bedrooms. On the left, there is a bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the right, you will find a bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. From here, you can also walk out to the back patio with a sitting area and your private hot tub.

Getting Around. You can easily walk to the historic Main Street with all cool shops and delicious restaurants, trendy bars and the Riverwalk. It is actually slightly down the hill, beautiful walk through the neighborhood. If you prefer, you can take the town free ride bus there and back. The bus stop is on the intersection with Corkscrew and Wellington. The bus is our preferred transportation to the Gondola as well.

Winter Activities. The home is less than a mile from the Gondola. Keystone Resort, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland ski areas are within a 30 minute drive. Sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, sleigh rides are all easily accessible.

Summer Activities. There are many hiking trails in the area, most of them just minutes from the house. You can also easily access Summit County's bike paths directly from the home. All of the popular activities such as horseback riding, the Fun Park on Peak 8, and Frisco Bay Marina are within short driving distance.

Washer and Dryer. There is a washer and dryer in the house.

Parking. There is a two-car heated garage for those cold and snowy days. Additional cars can be parked in front of the garage.

Internet. Fast internet throughout the house.

Fun Weekend in Breck

Clean, beautiful, easy access to town. Hiked, kayaked at the reservoir, went to a concert at the River Walk, cooked in the fabulous kitchen, BBQ'ued, hung out out back and a little red fox ran past. Already planning a winter stay to snowshoe. Daniel was a great host. So grateful to stay in this incredible home!

Beautiful Stay

We greatly appreciated the hosts quick responses to questions and concerns. The space was perfect for 3 families, with lots of bathrooms, 2 living areas and large dining table. Like most vacation homes the mattresses were worn out, so those with back problems were a bit more uncomfortable. Overall the space was amazing with good views and we really appreciated the heated garage access.

Daniel's house was just right for our family and friends with 3 ensuite bathrooms and a huge living room with stunning views of the mountains. Even the bunk room had a separate bathroom (on another level). It was well-stocked with spices and well equipped with toiletries and cleaning essentials. Daniel quickly dealt with issues with the old hot tub. Overall it was a super fun stay.

Spacious, Comfy home

Home accurately described in listing. This was a very clean and comfortable stay, with plenty of amenities. Our group of 7 had plenty of space. Home is on a well maintained road - walking distance to Main Street and the Gondola. Walking is more difficult with full ski gear, but the bus stop is nearby, on time, and free. Our contact, Daniel was polite and prompt to respond. Check out instructions were clear and minimal.

Wonderful stay!

Perfect place to stay with a group in Breckenridge. Daniel’s home is absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. The views from the vast windows were gorgeous. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of space for all of us while in the living spaces and bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was available. The hot tub was a great addition to relax in after a day of skiing and the heated floors in the bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Location is great; just under a mile from town. Check in was seamless and communication from Daniel was great. Highly recommend staying here!
