This beautiful newly constructed two-bedroom townhome can be found in the charming Historic District of Breckenridge. It offers a secluded feel, just tucked behind Main Street, while being less than a block from town and only one block from the gondola. Combining the traditional Historic District feel with contemporary styling, Main Street Retreat is the ideal getaway for guests who desire luxury accommodations and fantastic access to the mountain.

​​​​​​​LOCATION – Located just off Main Street, this property is within walking distance to the gondola, to give you immediate access to Peak 8 as well as to downtown for shopping, dining and local festivities throughout the year.

AMENITIES – The upper level of the property is host to the master king suite with plenty of privacy in an area all its own. On the lower level you will find the bunk bedroom with a private bath. The main level area encompasses the living area, dining area, and kitchen featuring in-floor heating, vaulted ceilings and modern furnishings accented by gorgeous tile flooring. In addition, guests will love the in-floor heating and Sonos audio system found throughout the property. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with granite counter tops, stainless appliances including a five-burner gas range with griddle, ideal for a family breakfast before heading out to the mountain for the day. Nights in will be enjoyed by the fire or stepping onto the patio for a soak in the private hot tub.

This property was perfect for us. We were close to the Main Street shops, gondola, restaurants and grocery store. The first floor has an open floor plan and which made it easy to relax after a good hike or bike adventure. The master bedroom had plenty of closet and drawer space for clothing. The pillows are a bit lumpy but the mattress is very comfortable. We didn't need the second bedroom but it is also very spacious. I would stay here again.

Great summer week

Great location and communication

Off Season Trip

We were going to be in Denver and decided to extend our trip for a few days in the mountains. The location is great within walking distance of everything. The fireplace was nice and we had plenty of room. We didn't use the hot tub, but it is a nice set up right out back.

Amazing spot for a getaway

We stayed at the Main Street Retreat for three nights, and had a wonderful time. It's very cozy, and we enjoyed sitting by the fire. It's so close to everything in town, we really enjoyed being able to walk out and be in the midst of shops and restaurants. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the property management is very responsive and helpful. We had no issues but knew exactly who to contact if we needed anything. If we come to Breckenridge again, we'll definitely be a repeat guest!

Perfect spot right off main street

My family loved our stay at this property. Check in was a breeze—it was even ready a few hours early. The townhouse was immaculate. The bedrooms and bathrooms were quite large. The parking pass was missing as we arrived, but after a quick text it was resolved within minutes. I was very impressed with the quick communication. We really enjoyed the close proximity to Main Street. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, and hope to be back soon!

Great location to experience all Breck has to offer!

House is located right off Main Street but on the quietest part of it. Everything is easily walkable from here 
 lifts, gondola, market, restaurants, shopping and more! Once we parked the car we never used it again until we left. House is tucked in with others but still offers privacy. It was clean and very comfortable. Having the two bedrooms on different levels gave everyone their quiet space. House is a little tricky to find at first as you can’t access it from the actual street address; you access it from the street behind so make sure you read the instructions provided.

Great place at a fantastic location

Really enjoyed our stay here. It's literally one block from a breck ski lift and walking distance to lots of restaurants/bars (it's right on Main St.). Has its own hot tub, so that was super awesome. Nicely equipped and clean. Upstairs master bedroom was super nice and the downstairs bunkbed room had it's own bathroom, too. Would definitely recommend and would totally stay here again!

The online registration process was easy and efficient. Our travel plans had us arriving in Breckenridge prior to the 4 PM check-in. Disappointed we had to leave our baggage at the property management office, which made check-in much more difficult
had to get Uber to help move bags after 4PM. The unit we stayed in was excellent with easy walking access to downtown activities and the bus station.

My wife, me, and 9-yr old son did a long weekend and had a blast. We’ve been to Breck many times and we know the landscape. We have stayed with many other similar properties

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very quiet and so close to town that we could easily walk to anything. We also appreciated that we had a reserved parking space. If I lived there permanently, walking up and down the stairs would get me in better shape 😁.
