Beautiful home in an amazing location!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Located just a few minutes from the base of peak 9 and the Maggie. Also, the brown line bus is a few steps from the home! Everything was extremely clean and very comfortable. Plenty of blankets to cozy up by the fire and the home stayed very warm throughout our stay as well, which was great! We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

Cozy Home Near Town and Peak 9

Very cozy and cute home that is a quick walk to Main Street and close to Peak 9. Very spacious and can easily fit 4-5 people. As others said, pictures don't do it justice. Hot tub was convenient and parking was easy. Only thing to mention is that you can hear your upstairs neighbors quite loudly which doesn't matter for sleeping given the beds are downstairs but you can hear them when you're in the living area/kitchen.

Great Location

Location here is on point. You walk across the street to get to the bus stop that will take you in town and to peak 9. We enjoyed walking to dinner and the bars at night and during the day we hoped on the bus to get to the mountain. The hot tubs are nice, outdoors and close to the property. Heater upstairs would not get warmer but the heaters downstairs worked perfectly. Not a lot of lighting in the house. Would stay here again for location.

Not a great place if you want a clean, quiet, family friendly place.

To begin we ended up staying at a different place than was advertised. When we got there they gave us the keys to a place in the same building but it was a different room altogether than what was in the pictures. Second, the location was great and walkable to main Street, and we love that! However, the place smelled badly of old cigarette smoke. The pillow cases seem to not have been washed properly and had stains and smells like smoke. There was an overall lack of cleanliness to the space and it is extremely dark. If you are looking for a quaint and clean place up in the mountains for your family, I would not recommend this place. The pool, however, is warm and great!

The unit is very roomy, which you cant tell by the photos, but there is an upstairs and a downstairs. Upstairs is kitchen and living room/dining room. Downstairs is bathroom and bedrooms. The unit is clean, and the beds are comfortable, soft but not super soft. All appliances work and water heater works. The complex also has 3 hot tubs and a large heated pool. The cons are that kitchen is not stocked properly with utensils. It has pots and pans, but very light on essentials like kitchen knives or a ladle, no foil, only one baking sheet. The furniture and the carpet are a little old

Cozy weekend in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thankful to book a last-minute weekend here! Location was GREAT for proximity to town and slopes. We didn't use the Brown Line shuttle but saw it pass frequently. Parking was easy, the condo was cozy and we loved the gas fireplace. Kitchen and bathroom were well-appointed. A few notes - the second bedroom (the one with the futon) badly needs a new mattress and pillows. Many lamps were unplugged around the unit and we had to fish around to find outlets. In that same bedroom, one of the outlets had been damaged as if someone tried to un-ground it. And there were multiple chains of extension cords/power strips connected under the futon. An electrician should probably take a look at the place if it is going to continue as an STR; to avoid a fire hazard. Also just FYI - the property info we were given said the Columbine pool/hot tubs were open until 9pm during ski season, but the hours are definitely 10-8! It looks like a great pool/tub setup but we walked up right as they were closing.
