Bring your furry friend along—this welcoming condo is dog-friendly with prior arrangements—so no family member gets left behind! The beautifully remodeled kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Spend summer evenings on the back porch, soaking in the tranquil sounds of the nearby river as you unwind. In winter, enjoy true ski-in/ski-out convenience with the Snowflake ski lift just a 5-minute walk away and the option to return via the Four O’Clock ski run at Sawmill Road. A free shuttle bus stop is also close by, making town easily accessible by foot or shuttle.

Inside, cozy up with a flat-screen TV and DVD player in the living room. After a day outdoors, warm up in the community hot tub just steps from your door.

Just a few things to make this place better
 the spare pillows need to be replaced and/or cleaned. Stains were visible or there was dog hair on them. Clean under the bed, hair drifted out from underneath. Might want to check/remove the food left in the cupboards from previous guests.

Wonderful stay in Breckenridge!! Nice renovated property within easy walking distance to everything! Very comfortable 1st floor unit, well stocked, great patio (with chairs) on the creek. Management company was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Thank you for a perfect week!

We had a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed the location. It was very walkable to town. We had our dog and it was very easy to let her out the patio door. We also appreciated being able to bring her! Everything we needed was in the kitchen. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived. We will be back for sure! Loved it!

Great location, Sawmill condo

Great location for both summer and winter. It would be easy enough to ski in and a short (uphill) walk to a lift. A very easy walk to Breck's downtown.Being a lower level unit, the patio opened onto a grassy area with the stream running about 25 feet away...very relaxing.The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed....pans, utensils, coffee maker, etc.The bed was adequately comfortable. Living room furniture was also adequately comfortable. Kitchen ligting wasn't great making the unit rather dark.Also to note, there were no chairs on the patio. Fortunately we brought a couple lawn chairs as the only chairs that would have worked were from the kitchen, but they are bar height chairs.It isn't the fanciest condo we have ever rented, but the location and price were worth it.

We never got to stay here. This property has been under construction and this property manager cancelled on us three times with two of the times being less than 48 hours before check in. We live multiple states away and they left us on our own to scramble to find other lodging and/or make other plans. Wouldn’t recommend using this property manager.

This was the second time I’ve stayed at wildwood suites. It’s very close to the 4’clock run and the snowflake lift. The condo is furnished nicely and is within walking distance to Main Street.

Would definitively come back

The unit was cleaned well and had everything you could need for a couple night stay. The location was unbeatable. We were able to walk to Main Street for food/drinks and there was a shuttle bus to the lifts! The only thing to note is that the walls are a little thin and depending on your neighbors at the time you can hear quite a bit, I brought earplugs and slept great.

Location, Location, Location!

Walk out the back door to beautiful stream. Walk out the front and downhill you are a short walk to downtown. Walk uphill and you are close to a hike to the reservoir and astounding views, and close to chair lifts. Will be back!

Cute condo in an excellent location

This property is in an incredible walkable (and likely ski-able come winter) spot, perfect for accessing downtown and the resorts. Our dog also enjoyed the stay and quick access to an outdoor area by way of the patio. Unit itself has a full kitchen with lots of utensils and pots. The coffee pot unfortunately does not fit the coffee maker so it's a little difficult to use but still functional with some involvement in the brewing process. Loved this place! Will stay again when we return to the area.

Perfect little condo in Breck!

We loved our stay at this condo! I didn’t realize the running steam was literally just steps away from the back porch and it was so beautiful! And easy access to the hot tub, too! It was the perfect condo for a small family. It had everything we needed and was so close to Main St. Communication with management was the best I’ve ever experienced when going through VRBO. We will definitely book this condo again when we come back to Breckenridge!

Great - Noisy Neighbor

The upstairs neighbors at this condo were unbearably loud. Dogs constantly running/furniture being moved around. Management was very responsive & incredibly kind to come talk to us & the neighbors in person - we were blown away by their efforts to help! Unfortunately, it didn’t make a difference, so we probably would not book this condo again because our whole family lost sleep. It’s a bummer because the condo/location/management were wonderful. If you’re not bothered by noise, it’s a 10/10!

Good economical place for a party of 2-4 to stay. Comfortable bed, nice view.

Nice place for a small party. Bathroom, kitchen, and floors have been updated. Bed and bed coverings were very comfortable. Something wrong with the toilet. Flush tank takes hours to refill. Had to use bathroom trashcan to flush toilet. Also, toaster oven was rusty & needs replacement. Sofa & chair not comfortable.
